"Honestly, I was positively surprised with this company. A shirt I was looking at Romwe had been sold out, and I accidentally found the same shirt for cheaper from Sheinside -> decided to order even though it felt kind of risky, as I had read about people's not-so-positive experiences with the company.

Well, first of all, the processing of the order seemed to take forever (a week), but when the order was shipped, it was here waaay quicker than I would've expected - I was prepared to wait for a month, but it was here in nine days (I live in Finland). I order stuff from the UK all the time, and it usually takes two weeks for it to get here, so... a win! Also, three-something euros for shipping is a VERY modest price and one I was very happy with.

The quality of the shirt I ordered is exactly what I expect when I order from China; a little less than fantastic, but it was the shirt I ordered and it fit me nicely (whether it would or not was my biggest concern). The design is kind of wonky, but the picture on the shirt is so badass that I don't even care.

All in all, a positive experience and I'll probably order again - just likely something relatively safe and cheap like I did now. Whether the item you order fits you seems to be mostly down to luck, from what I've read at least, and I'm not going to send anything back to China at my own expense.

I am amazed with their speedy response regarding my inquiry when I had shipping questions. I ordered a dress and shorts. Both came as expected. The size, color and style was up to par. I'm always worried about the sizing when ordering online, but Sheinside did not give me any issues. The online shopping process made it easy for me to buy what I want with a click of a button. "EDIT: I've edited this review after receiving numerous emails from she inside asking me to do so. In the end the refund was resolved thank goodness, but I am wary of how they handled it. I would continue to advise caution against this site because I find their customer service inappropriate and unprofessional. After posting this original review I've been contacted by them numerous times where they are essentially begging me to edit the review. It felt desperate and honestly weird to me how badly they were trying to get me to change this review. I will say again that the biggest issue with this site is that the communication. Customer service does not have good English, which I believe is a main cause for the poor, slow and frustrating communication as well as the many misunderstandings. I have edited this review to no longer say they are fraudulent as after much time and many complaints I eventually received the exchange. I will say though to beware of this site as their business practices involving exchanges/refunds are quite honestly sketchy and extremely unprofessional. I'm currently in the process of trying to access my account so I can hopefully delete it. I have tried using their sites password reset and to my complete frustration the very password they sent me does not even work!!! Extremely frustrated at this point.

I've purchased from this site twice and the issues are definitely in customer service. Extremely slow and incompetent with refunds/exchanges. I tried to exchange items for a different size and as of today (originally requested exchange 2 months ago) it is still unresolved. At first I was told I could pay $20 to them via Paypal and they would exchange the items so I did. After paying them I never received the items and after inquiring about it I was sent a vague email saying I was refunded. The email did not state what I was being refunded for, what amount etc. and I never even received a refund. So again I inquired about what was happening and was told that the items I wanted to exchange are now out of stock. Currently trying to just get a refund as dealing with their customer service is horrendous!! Avoid at all costs I find their refund/exchange policies extremely questionable, and as of right now I've paid them an additional $20 and received nothing in return which is completely fraudulent. Avoid at all costs!"
