"There seems no way to communicate if the "ticket" system doesn't fit the problem. I was pleased with the quality of the two items in my first order. I kept one (a top) but wanted to exchange the other, a jumpsuit, for a smaller size. I sent in a ticket, got an email with a return label, but when I went back to use the label, it was gone. Emailing got an email reply that said I have to send a ticket. But the option for that item was already gone. A vicious cycle. So unless this works, I give up on Shein. System is too automated. You ask below for an invoice number. I see none in the package and none in any of the correspondence, although payment is acknowledged. My order is YKA12002 for jumpsuit 170511201 and the item I kept. vest170509102."

"For the price of their clothes, the quality is much better than expected. I like that I can purchase a bunch of very trendy clothing (that will no doubt go out of style the next season) at an affordable cost. Pair a trendy top or dress with high end shoes and/or bag or other accessories, and you still have a well-rounded look, chic look. Sometimes the orders can take a long time to arrive, so as long as you're prepared for that before hand (don't buy a dress you're trying to wear to an event that same weekend), and you can have a pretty good experience with shopping with them. They say that you get what you pay for, but in this case, as long as you manage expectations, you get a a lot more for that money!"

"So far, I always have a good experience with She In. They offer free shipping and free return (you have to opt the insurance tho), so whenever I didn't like the products, I just returned them. And the return processes were always super easy.
The products were 50:50 good and bad. In terms of material, sizing, and style. Based on my research tru their website, most of them are dupe from high end or street brands. So, I think it's a good way to update your closet or stay on trend in a budget.
Their customer service representatives were always good and always replied my questions/worries right away. They will help you.
1 comment that I don't like about them is the shipment. So when you order a lot and they separate the packages into 2/3 shipments, not all of them are express shipping (if you are eligible for express shipping). It's a bummer when you already have high hope that you are gonna get them fast."
"I've had a great experience so far with clothing size and quality, aside from one piece that I had to return because it was too small. However, the return process was not difficult at all. The quality is good considering the price you pay. My only qualm with ordering from them is the length it took to receive my items. It took over 3 weeks to receive my shipment, so I would suggest ordering in advance if you're picking something for a special occasion. If you're just shopping to shop, with no time limit, then this is a great site for affordable fashionable pieces. "

"I ordered several items and used a $3 off coupon. I understand that they divide that amount among all your items so that if you return something, you get slightly less back than the individual item price so that you don't make money if you return everything. HOWEVER, 3 days after my payment/order I received an email notifying me that they had accidentally sold me an item that was sold out. When I got my refund, it was less than the item price due to this policy. I wrote a ticket to customer service stating that this was not fair, since I did not actually "return" anything - I never even received the item because they sold me an item they did not have. They should have refunded me the full amount of the item and then re-distributed the $3 off among the remaining items. I was faced with unprofessional responses and attitude from the representative, Kelly, who said "So you mean if you return the entire order back, we must issue the full refund plus the coupon code and points?". This was never what I said, and I re-emphasized that i did not "return" anything. Bottom line, poor policies and customer service if you are penalizing the customer for something that was your fault. I will be returning all my items when they eventually get here, never buying from here again, and letting all my friends know not to buy from here either.
