The skirt I ordered was OK but too small. The other items were of very poor quality. I had ordered a dress recently and it was perfect, so it'**** or miss with their clothing."
"I love this website most of the clothes are very affordable and super cute. I like that they allow me to gain points and they always have sales and discounts. Only problem is when it comes to returns. I've had many issues getting in touch with someone who understands my problems with certain orders. I wish they had a phone line so I can just talk to someone directly over the phone instead of through tickets and message chats. I had a past order that I shipped back to them and they never gave me my refund of $30. I'm still hoping I could get that back to buy something else bc I love the clothes. "

I work in a designer clothing boutique and work the hi low a lot. I often get more compliments on my shein clothing than my designer duds. If this company needs to improve in any way is with their shipping times and size control. I often have to communicate with customer service as to when my order will ship. I would like them to tell me that. Also, it is hard to communicate because you have to find the create a ticket button. Other than that, I am happy with the clothing"

"I purchased several items and carefully reviewed the return policy before purchasing because I knew some might not work out. It promised a hassle free return with NO mention of the need for pictures, much less in certain file formats and only if a tiny megabits size that is utter incompatible with iPhones we all use. When I went to return, it will not allow me to submit without photos. I took everything out of the bags to take photos on a standard iPhone, only to find that when I try to upload the photos, it rejects them for not being less than 8mb. I have tried to compress the photos but can't get them down to that size. Doesn't appear to be any way to contact customer service. Beginning to think it is all a scam. Terrible. They cheated me out of over $100 with their bogus return policy. "
