"I placed two orders which were mailed separately....6 weeks later i have yet to receive all of my packages except for one which im returning....the other packages were delivered to no one there is no signauture as to whom accepted them. In addition i keep being directed to fedex for tracking info meanwhile they were shipped via UPS no one can answer simply question...where are my packages? And what is the insurance i paid for with each order? What does it cover? Customer service is not good you have to communicate via email for everything and when you do get a response it seems generic."
