"You can find great clothes and accessories on this website , the secret is to only buy things that have pictures below, pictures from people who already bought that item, because otherwise you risk that the item would be a total fail ( it happened to me at my first order with some items ). The package arrives in 2 weeks , with standard delivery , because I am in other country but seems a reasonable amount of time for me. I always receive discount codes in my e-mail that I use and the total amount I have to pay is considerable smaller. "It is my 4th time to order from this website and so far I have none of those bad experiences I have read on this review site. At first, you cannot take off the doubt if the site is indeed legit. But thankfully, a local Singapore blogger has listed SheIn as one of the cheapest and most reliable online store there is. "So far I can't complain. Every question I had was answered and every order I got was what I expected. The only thing is the size. Even though the size chart is available, some dresses are like long sweaters for taller woman, but it's fine by me, since you can use them with leggins or jeans.
The service has been good and they never gave me problems. Every order was placed correctly and it never took to much time.

"I had ordered 6 items one week ago. there are 4 items status still shows as processing. Even though the items show "ships in 24 hours" on the website, it is just lier !!! I checked other customers reviews, I am not the only one have this problem! So disappoint!
However, after I post this review on this website, and requested a ticket on SHEIN, the customer service contacted me immediately, either by phone call or replay my message. and my package shipped out finally. I was somewhat satisfied the customer service, but the shipping problem is still there. Just hope the package will arrive soon...."
