"On February 8th, I placed an order for 3 dresses which just arrived today, February 19th ALL of which are being returned first thing tomorrow morning. They are all cheaply made and either completely too small or way too big. I did not expect top notch quality being that the dresses were each around $15 but it's honestly sad how poorly they were produced. One lace dress I ordered fit me like a shirt and the zipper came jammed. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Definitely not worth the hassle! "

"I placed a large order with Sheinside. My order arrived fairly quickly, but much like a previous reviewer stated, I am getting runaround with regard to a return label. I, too, feel that customer service's intent is too prolong the return process so as not to have to pay for return shipping and to avoid restocking items. I reached out through live chat on Monday and requested a shipping label ASAP and was told that they would send one "later". I've since sent an email to their returns email address and I have also submitted a request through the return page contact us link. I have yet to receive the label or a response. It makes no since that the items would arrive with no packing slip and most importantly, with no return address label like most reputable companies do. I want my return shipping label NOW! Don't be bamboozled by these folks."
"I ordered a dress on sunday with express shipping and I need it by Friday and I have emailed them twice now and their website says they respond within 24 hours but I still have not gotten a response. My order still says processing. I don't recommend this website and will never order from it ever again. "

It says my item is not found. It has been saying hat since the 4th. I've emai them constantly througho this process and they have emailed me back, but once I said anything about the tracking number, I have not received any responses to my numerous emails. "I placed an order with Sheinside for some items that i need in about two weeks. I clicked the expedited shipping as i live n Canada. However, for some reason, the order was placed as regular shipping. I tried to contact online LIVE chat, but they are offline. I tried to call them at 18888008656 but was not able to get through.

"AWFUL!!! The clothes may be cute but don't try to return anything! The site says free returns but they won't email you a return shipping label. I have been trying for 2 weeks just to get a label, they keep saying to be patient the label is on it's way. Or that they sent the label, but I never receive anything! I feel like they are drawing out the label process so that it's past the 30 days by the time I get to return the items. They have the most horrible customer service I have ever encountered from an online retailer. I will NEVER shop here again! And I will be leaving bad reviews anywhere and everywhere I can so people know what they are going to have to deal with if they need to return anything. They suck."

"I have not even received my order yet, but have been unsatisfied with the customer service. I ordered what I believe to be quite a large order of dresses (over $60), and my order still says that it is just being processed and it has been around a week and a half. I then got an email saying that one of the dresses I purchased is not available anymore because they sold out. I don't understand why it was sold to me then? It said they had my dress in stock and then it just disappeared? I ordered these dresses to have them in time for a cruise I am taking in a couple days and now it looks as though I most likely will not have them here in time. "If I could have rated this a minus I would have!! Do not waste your time on this site. Although the prices are attractive (it's what draws you into it!!) the hassle of having to wait 6 weeks to receive your order (yes I really did wait 6 weeks) and then the quality of some of the items being very poor just makes the process tedious. I was then faced with the issue of wanting to send 2 of my 5 items back however when I priced up how much to send back to CALIFORNIA, it would cost more than I actually paid for the items. I am now left with one top and one shirt (one too big, one too small although they are sized the same - another problem) which don't fit and I don't want. Oh well, suppose I'll have to stick them on eBay and hopefully make a profit.
I will not be wasting any more of my time or money with this online sham.
