"I ordered the green halter maxi dress and matching necklace from Sheinside and am really satisfied with the standard of the products and the customer service I received.
The material of the dress is good quality and you can tell it has been well made, several people have already asked me where I got it from! The necklace is also really good quality, sturdy and a good material which hasn't tarnished.

It arrived in less than the 28 days predicted, which was a pleasant surprise as some sites take forever to ship items. I also had to contact customer service right after I made the order because I had made a mistake on the order and they were really helpful, friendly and emailed me back straight away.

"UPDATE: She inside did contact me concerning my refund and I was able to be refunded a week later. I ordered a really beautiful coat from she inside on 12/05/2014, the color looked amazing online and the pictures of the women who wore them looked stunning so I knew I had to buy it. I first ordered a medium which fit like a small, the fabric was very thin, but I really liked the style so I returned it for a bigger size. It took forever for me to get the second package which I ordered in a large. The second package fit the exact same way the small did. So I gave up on the coat and returned it. Now, I returned the second package on 01/15/2015, they got it 01/21/2015. It is now 02/09/2015 and I have yet to receive my refund. I wrote to someone about this and they told me it will take 14-20 days to refund, now that is ludicrous, never have I had to wait so long for a refund, on top of already waiting so long because they never even processed the return. I am so disappointed in this store, and I have raved about it to friends and family before all of this happened. I will definitely be telling them not to purchase anything from this store"

"Warning to all: She Insider, they sell cheap clothing (and its cheap), My Daughter just had to have a jacket by them and I didn't want to order it but she really wanted it. The first one was so small, and it took 4 weeks to get, so I contacted them and they were happy to replace it. unfortunately it ripped, so I contacted them again and they said because it was warn, it could not be returned. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT ORDER from them. They are hard to contact, terrible customer service and their return policy stinks. Thank you"

"I had a bad experience with this seller but a friend of mine had a great one. It really depends on which SAV officer is taking care of you.
Advice:
- Make sure you give a postal address where you will be able to receive the package. Mine got lost in transit.
- Ask for a manager everytime you cannot deal with an SAV officer
