"I had a really good experience with Sheinside. The clothes were super cheap, and they all fit me ideally. Obviously don't expect the highest quality, because of the cheap prices, but many of my items I was overwhelmed at how lovely the quality was. The sizing is particularly small, which works for me, but you really just have to read the measurements, they are all provided on the site.
Shipping was a bit slower than necessary but I personally had good service from the Sheinside staff when I both emailed and online chatted with them.
Cut them some slack people, you get what you pay for. I would definitely order from here again :) "

I live in the Netherlands and most of the times, the shipping from America is very slow. But I was really impressed by the delivery time of an Express Delivery! "Here is my story, it is not related to the quality of the products (yet) but rather their extremely poor customer service. I have posted an order, quite a big order, last year in December. Almost 2 months have passed and they still didn't send out my order!!!! reason? their employees lack common sense. They said my address was wrong because I stated the name of the city in arabic and english thinking that their system may not have one or another. let's say i'm ok with that. BUT it takes 1 month for them to tell me again that the address is wrong. Excuse me?! I have sent again the same address and one of the representatives told me clearly that I would receive my tracking number the following Sunday. That was 20 days ago. Giving the fact that the order isn't of $15 I would expect them to be much more serious in the way they deal with you as you are a valuable customer. But they don't. I have now gave them a deadline, if they won't send out my order I will definitely cancel it. I am waiting to see how many months will it take for them to refund my order. One thing is sure, I will NEVER ever order from them again, and none of the people I know. As I can see from other reviews the quality of the clothes is very bad as well. I advise you to buy from somewhere else! I am sure you can find what you want on another website. "
"The Blue Strap Embroidered Pleated Dress is so ornate and stunning. I knew it would be the perfect dress for an upcoming work event! I adore how the bottom is scalloped lace and the unique velvety finish under the embroidery! I have found the sizing to be pretty true to size and although I am pretty tall, a medium has fit me across the board (I am 5'8). I have also had no trouble fitting in the "one size" sweaters and cardigans.

"WORST WEBSITE EVER DONT EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM. There online help is always "Anthony" a fake person who is a complete idiot and does NOT help you with anything. They sent me a FAKE tracking number. I had to call USPS to find out the truth because "Anthony" kept telling me I had to wait to track it, I waited THREE full days to check the tracking and there still nothing there. This website is a complete scam and still have not received my package from them. Worst place ever. If I could I would cancel my order and sue this company.
