"My wife bought a laptop case from Shinza.com, and we paid $20.00 for 2 day shipping because we were going to be moving the following week (the item itself only cost $30!). We ordered on a Thursday, so we didn't expect the item to arrive until Tuesday of the following week (if they shipped on Friday as they should have). On Wednesday of the following week we received an e-mail that the item had shipped!!!??? It took an entire week to ship our item??!! I like many others who bought the new MacBook Air have been on the search for the perfect sleeve ,
now I am not saying this is the perfect sleeve but I bet you can't find one that is a better value and FIT!

I jumped in and bought one of those "CUTE" sleeves that looks like the envelope used in the Mac commercials to my horror it was way too big then I found the zeroshock III great fit in my opinion .

"Very happy with the 13" ZeroShock III. Purchased 3 for our Sony VAIO laptops. The ZeroShocks are light & thin yet provide the protection we need for our day to day use and traveling. (The outside pocket is kind of superfluous and the sleeve could probably be improved by simply eliminating it and the corresponding zipper - but this is a minor nit.) Huge kudos to the Shinza customer care team (Audrey in particular) which far exceeded our expectations. We ordered 1 size too small and didn't realize it until the product arrived. "I am very pleased with the ZeroShock III 14-Inch Notebook Sleeve I ordered from Shinza. The product maybe a little pricey for notebook sleeves (in the $30 range), but rest assured that it is made of superior quality. Unlike cheap $10 or $20 sleeves lined with thin foam, ZeroShock has actual padding that compresses and decompresses when pressure is applied; it is also very stylish and well-built. I highly recommend their product in offering great protection for any laptop.

As for the company, I commend Shinza for its excellent customer service.
