"I purchased a Pirelli watch. The watch did not seem brand new and one of the counters did would not reset to 0. I contacted the seller and received an email few days later asking for a formal letter describing the problem. After an additional exchange, I received an RMA number. Instead of mailing the package I dropped it off at the mailing address. The seller was very helpful, told me he would get the problem resolved and asked me to contact him daily until it was resolved. Which I did and received daily feedback from the seller. The problem was resolved within a week. I received a brand new, fully working watch. Based on this service, I would purchase from them again, and I actually did. "
"This is my first order from Shnoop, I ordered a Wenger Swiss Army Executive Travel Garment Bag. I'm very pleased with the order, although it did take a little bit longer than I'm used to (9 business days, regular shipping).
I understand these bags can cost around 150-200$US. No previous experience with Wenger bags. $46.94 delivered.
I loaded it up with 1 suit, 5 shirts and hangers, 2 ties, Wife's gown, 4lb. Netbook w/accessories, GPS, and 3 wall wort's. Coming back I added some small souvenirs. 8 day trip, 4 flights, 4 hotels. I knew I probably had the bag overloaded but had confidence it would hold up, overall it did. After the second or third flight one seam of the hand carry handles came loose, I still used it, I tried to sparingly but there was no getting around it on deck. The hanger chain swivel end of the eye snap hook opened up from the excess weight but I'll replace that with a new one at the local hardware store and try and fix the seam and reinforce the other handles with parachute thread."
"*** Fraudulent Merchant Alert *** BUYERS BEWARE ***
Purchased 2 SanDisk 8GB SDHC cards that are advertised as "BRAND NEW" on the site. When I receive the cards... I noticed that they "both" have a little white "R" stamped on the back of the cards.... I got suspicious & called SanDisk to verify what that means....
SanDisk confirmed that the little white "R" on the back of the cards means that it's a "REFURBISHED" product & and there would be "No Warranty" provided for the products whatsoever.
I find this kind of fraudulent business practice that intentionally mislead customers totally "unacceptable".... it's basically like stealing money from people.
Upon reading up some of the other reviews on this merchant.... I've noticed that there have been many other reports on deceptive/misleading business practices about "Shnoop".
The price on the site is not really that great of a deal to begin with, and when you take into consideration that they sell the merchandise to you at "New Product" price when in reality that the items were "Refurbished".... the customers are essentially being "Scammed" from my point of view.
Heads up to anyone who's considering doing business with Shnoop & get a bargain out of it.... *** BUYERS BEWARE *** You WILL NOT get what you pay for no matter how good of a bargain you think you're getting ***"

Finally was informed that they will not do anything for me, and that I have to contact the manufacturer, who of course requires shipping to be paid by me.
Vendors should not sell broken items to customers and refer them to a third party, with additional charges for an item they sell.

No refunds or credit will be granted after 30 days, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply. Please contact the manufacturer directly. (Please see important exceptions listed below).? All non-electronic items you buy all sales are final. Just because you don't have a use for product anymore or perhaps you are not sure how to operate it doesn't make it defective. Any return found to be non-defective, once our warehouse has inspected it, is subject to a restocking fee of 25% and all non-product-related fees (shipping) are not refundable."
"Be careful. they advertised the product as new and shipped a refurbished or used unit--the product didn't arrive in original package. instead parts were separately placed in ziplock bags and mailed. make sure that you read their product description carefully before you order. very deceptive."

"I have the worst experience with this site. I purchased one of their "mystery boxes" and entered a different shipping address for the item because I do not live at my billing address anymore. However, they shipped to my billing address. I contacted them about this, but they refused to do anything about it (even thought it was their fault for not specifying where they would ship it) and that it was out of their hands.
I eventually got the item from the current owner of the billing address, and was surprised at the item. What was described as guaranteed to be over $200 and not the "crap of other sites" turned out to be a $165 (doubtful) invicta cuff links along with pens and a few accessories. DO NOT BUY THEIR MYSTERY BOXES. They are just trying to empty the items they can't sell."

"I ocassionally buy from Shnoop.com and I am kind og satisfied with their services. Most of the time, my package gets shipped within 2 days. The only exception was when I bought a GPS from them which took around 10 days to ship. But apart from that, they are pretty much ok. The quality of the products is decent. No idea about the returns process because never had to return anything so far. But their order cancellation process is good. I once accidently ordered the same item 3 times(internet issues) and called them to cancel 2. They cancelled it without any unnecessary questions.
SO overall you can say that I am a satisfied customer. Whenever I get a good deal, I go for it."
