Purchased a NEW MP3 player and received a refurbished one. Not worth going thru the hassle to return. Will never buy from SHNOOP.COM again. Luckily this was only a $35 purchase which makes it a cheap lesson learned. This company chose not to inform the customers and offered a 20% store credit initially to those who realized the product received was a refurbished one and contacted the company. The company was finally forced to inform all the customers when some of the customers started disputing the charges, reporting to BBB and submitting reseller ratings and negative reviews."

I ordered brand new sansa fuze from shnoop.com, as it stated on their web page, but I received an used and non-working sansa fuze.
I asked shnoop to return and full refund, they sent me DMA # and shipping label(good on this part), so I sent every thing back with USPS tracking number.
BUT, even online tracking shows it was delivered, shnoop claims that they didn't receive the fuze and refuse to retrun my money.
summary:
1)shnoop sells used goods as brand new without telling you.
2)returning is nightmare, consider yourself lucky if you get refunded once they had your money.
3)I will never shop with them.

"Ordered 2 Sandisk Fuzes 2gb advertised as new on their site for 28.47 plus shipping. My invoice/receipt also listed these units as new. I received my order today, July 13th and both units are not new at all , but refurbished. On the back of each unit in the lower right hand corner there is a big "R" etched into the back cover, plus there were already 19 songs in the player's library. Contacted Shnoops customer service and they said they would do a full refund including shipping, but I had to pay to ship it back to them!! What a rip off... I am notifying my bank of the bait and switch practice of this company and I will never order from them again. I have contacted my credit card company and will see what they will do for me. Stay away from ordering from this store!!"
