"I ordered a Silver Cross Pop stroller on December 31, 2008 from Shnoop.com. This was the first time I had dealt with Shnoop and I was a little bit concerned because the price seemed too good to be true, Shnoop's return policy (which basically allows no returns) seemed very draconian, and previous reviews on this website raised some red flags. Notwithstanding my reservations, I am very pleased with my shopping experience.

The stroller was shipped in the timeframe promised. It was brand new in its original packaging. In fact, it was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer (Silver Cross America). Although Shnoop indicated it would not come with a rain cover, a rain cover was included in the package (so Schoop actually underpromised).

The stroller itself is wonderful, and was a fantastic bargain at one-fifth of its MSRP. I am very pleased with the stroller and my experience with Shnoop and would buy from Shnoop with confidence again in the future."

I finally found their email address from the confirmation email sent to me when ordered. I asked that my order be cancelled. No reply.

Then I found out that the merchandise was shipped.

I really needed to check the resellerratings reviews BEFORE I dealt with this crew.

"I have purchased from Shnoop several times. Shnoop often sells watches and is regularly discussed on the watch forum I frequent. I have had no problems with them. One watch I ordered stopped running after three days. They took it back and refunded the price, minus the shipping cost. I have spoken with and exchanged emails with the owner.

The quality of the products offered varies, but the prices seem to always be below market. I don't hesitate to buy from Shnoop if the offer is for something I want.

By the way, being from New York, which is where Shnoop is located, orders typically arrive in 3 to 4 days. I ship to work in NJ on expensive items to save the tax. The shipping time is about the same. "

"BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!

I had purchased 2 Seiko watches from this website. To my shock and surprise both the pieces were defective. I tried contacting the customer support since the very day that I received the parcel, and it has been more than 20 days that the issue is not resolved. The website does not even take back defective returns. After fighting with them they agreed to refund me partially deducting 20% restocking fee (WOW 20% restocking fee for a defective product sold by them?). There is not a single number that is given on the website where you can contact customer support to speak to them and they do not even respond back to your emails. Finally after a lot of fight when I said I am ok with 80% refund they gave me the address to send the watches back. Again to my surprise they are not accepting the product. I would suggest just beware before ordering from this website since they are here only to dupe the innocent customers. Otherwise where else have you seen that there is no contact number on the site to speak to a customer support or you cannot return the defective product?

It is up to you guys to decide, but as a fellow well wisher I thought of making all the people aware of such websites like SHNOOP.com

"Buyer beware. Their descritions are very inaacurate and misleading. If they were Ebay merchants, Ebay and Paypal would ban them. The worst part is on their own website they flat out tell you that they have no customer service. They further state that if you have a problem or if it is defective try to sell it to someone else. I bought a motorola accesory pack which stated that it was good for my phone, motorola V551. What they sent is not for my phone at all even thou it was clearly staed in their ad. If it was the correct product I would have rated them positively. Considering that you cannot trust what they state in thier offering how could buy from them? What a scam this company.
