"I purchased a Seiko watch from Shnoop. The watch I received was missing a part. I have made 3 attempts to contact Shnoop by email over the past week, but have not received a response. Shnoop does not provide a phone number for phone inquiries.

"Purchased a Lowepro Transit Series Notebook Backpack. At price $12.99+$7.95=$20.94. Most people were of the view shipping killed the deal. Shipping was bit expensive. But Original price of bag at Lowepro site was 80$ and the lowest on internet was 45$. I am fully satisfied with the purchase. Price was very reasonable, I was able to track the purchase till it arrived (took only 3 days) and product was perfect, no problems at all. I give 10/10 to shnoop."

"I'm not that happy w/my first Shnoop. I ordered a Case Logic Backpack for my laptop, and my first issue was that my order sat in processing for over a week. I emailed them asking why, and instead of emailing me back I got a phone call less than 15 minutes later, which I guess some people would appreciate, I hate phone calls however, I much would have preferred to have been emailed back. If I'd wanted to talk to somebody I would have called them about it instead of emailing them. Apparently their provider had shipped them the wrong bag, and so they had to wait for the right shipment, which got delayed by the snowstorm that hit the US, I can understand that too. When my bag finally got here however, it is not the right color. The bag they were selling was Cream, that's what the picture showed/description said, that's what I wanted. Instead my bag is a khaki color... I'm not going to waste time and money shipping it back and hoping for one the right color, or just returning it, because I need the bag now, that's why I ordered it. However I'm not very happy, and although I shop online all the time I will reconsider next time Shnoop has something I'm interested in."

I had seen this particular model selling for 15-45 bucks elsewhere on line and Shnoop was almost giving it away for 2 bucks plus shipping.I submitted my order and received it very quickly! I ordered on Thursday the 26th (evening) and received the item in the mail on Monday! The transmitter works very well and I am very pleased with the service from Shnoop. I would order again."
"I have purchased items from Shnoop in the past and have found that they ship quickly, and you get products as they were described. I have historically been very satisfied with their service. Most recently I bought a laptop bag on 2/19 for a trip I was taking on 3/4. After about 10 days without receiving any tracking info or update, I emailed Shnoop at the email address listed on my PayPal statement, as well as filled out the "contact us" box on their website requesting an update and tracking information. A couple days later, I got an automatically generated email that my order was scheduled to ship on 3/3. If I had known it was going to take them 13 days to process my order, I would have purchased a bag elsewhere. The price was a great deal, but now I have to find something else to use for my trip."

I once asked them to cancel an order, and within 5 minutes I got a reply e-mail saying that my order has been canceled and the charge has been credited back to my credit card! "On December 31, 2008, they were selling two Sector 600 watches. There was a slight style difference between the two of them. Although they advised me that the order for the watch I had chosen had gone through, they later told me that they didn't have it. I was then advised that they would give me a $25 credit if I accepted the other watch. I did. On January 12th their web site indicated it had shipped. Again, no watch. Finally, I contacted them on January 29th asking where the watch was. They never explained what happened although their web site indicated that it had shipped on January 12th. I finally advised them on February 4th that I had enough and to cancel my order. They responded on February 5th that it had already shipped although as of this date, February 7th, their web page indicates that it had not yet been sent. I have had enough of them.
Now 3 days later, after all of their excuses, the watch has magically been deleted from my account with no explanation and after telling me it had been sent. I won't be buying from them in the future and I would recommend that others steer clear as well! "

"I purchased a stroller because it was listed as fully equipped with a rain cover and boot cover. When the stroller arrived, it had a dent in it and the rain cover was not in the box. I contacted Shnoop via email (the only option) to resolve the rain cover issue and was told that my only option is to send the stroller back for a refund. I am extremely disappointed in this response. The item was listed with a rain cover and I did not receive it. I simply would like the item that was missing from the box, or I would like to be refunded the cost of purchasing a rain cover so that I may use the item as described. (The dent is small enough that I am willing to use the stroller, but I would not have purchased the item if it had been listed as such.)
edited 1/29/09: A rain cover arrived in the mail today from Shnoop. I did not receive any correspondence from Customer Care about it other than a form email with a tracking number. Thank you Shnoop for making the situation right, but I would hesitate before placing another order."
