"THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. RIP-OFF!
THIS COMPANY IS CLEARLY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC AND THEY WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOW.
I ordered 2x N95 masks back in early March as the CORONAVIRUS was spreading rampantly. A month later, no masks had arrived and they replied that they were still on the way but not an exact timeline for when they'd arrive. So I waited, another two months go by to the end of May, nothing ever arrives.
I reply that I want to CANCEL the order and they only refund 90% of the order for a service they did NOTHING to work towards. They claim some policy exists when you buy it that 10% wont be refunded. Absolute horseshit. This is 2020, pull your head out of your **** if you expect to survive as a business.

"This company will take your order and your money for items it doesn't have in stock and will not give you an expexted time of delivery. When you wait weeks/months and finally have to cancel your order as you have no more trust in them they take 10% saying it is their cancelation fee.... OK YOU TOOK AN ORDER YOU COULDN'T ship..... You break the agreement not the customer. Now because their fraud is being posted they are panicking and trying to pull all the negative publicity...
I suggest people contact the federal trade commision."
"EIO is a fraudulent company. I placed an order 2.5 months ago. They took my cash, never delivered the product, and upon my request for cancelation, they charged me a 10% fee. Do not do business with EIO."

They don't answer the phone when I call and it usually takes 2 to 5 days to respond by email.

"we purchased masks from this website. when we purchased, there was no indication that the item was out of stock. approx 25 days later after not receiving the order, the vendor penalized us 10% for cancelling, citing this was their policy (never noticed said policy). their products were never shipped, yet they charged a cancellation fee. at this rate, your vendors can hold funds indefinitely and upon dissatisfaction of the customer, the customer cancels, and they keep their fees... oldest trick in the book of deceit!"

"I ordered masks 3/6 and I paid with PayPal and never receive email confirmation .,but they did charge me on my paypal.i just emailed them to check my status and told them if no update from my order eta then please cancel my order .they do cancel my order but charged me ten percent restocking fees even I never receive any email confirmation say they are processing my order .this is totally a scam .dont waste your money "

"I echo what everyone said about this merchant. They sounded all honest on it's website, but the fact is they just want to get you to enter your credit card numbers there. How can they charge you before shipping and make up a bogus reason to charge the 10% cancellation fee when they never will ship ??? I am sure they have thousands of orders and guess what, 10% earnings when they didn't do ****t sounds like a fraudulent merchant to me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

"I ordered masks and waited five weeks. After 10 days they charged my card without any communication to me. They then tell me at five weeks, that they have no ETA whatsoever on the shipment and will cancel my order for me. My refund was issued--less 10% for them. Now I will have PayPal fight them on this issue. Stay away from these crooks!"
