"I am not happy at all we had an issue with envelopes we ordered looks like they had gotten wet at some point and the flaps/seal were all stuck together and we have to break apart and reseal them with glue when we use them I sent e-mail still no response from anyone I called and said they would send me label to return still do not have that when I did speak to someone about returning them never apologized or offer to replace them totally ignored the issue I will never buy from your company again nor will I recommend you to anyone."

"I have been a longtime Shoplet customer and on a recent order I had some issues with items arriving in not so good condition. I called customer support and they advised that they would immediately reship my items. I got a replacement order the next day, and sent me all the information I needed to return the damaged items. Keeping a customer when something goes wrong is the hardest thing to do. Thanks Shoplet for being a there to support your customers"

"Ordered 600$ worth of shop towels for a customer (We are a retail company) Got them in and they were wrong (Customer ordered by cat# but they needed a different cat# after all) I called and Brendan Masters said he would get a return for me and I explained I would place the replacement order with him (EVEN though the cost of the replacement towels were higher on Shoplet than another site because they were helping me out with the return.) I even offered to pay a restocking charge. So I replaced the order with a 1800.00 shop towel order. I have to email Brendan for almost a month to get any answers back from him. He then emailed me and said he was having trouble getting the return because the shop towels I originally ordered are discontinued but... His words " I don't anticipate this getting in the way of our ability to process a credit." Well guess what I have not heard from him since. I have called into customer service which are ALL RUDE and smack gum in your ear, talk to you like you are an idiot, don't transfer you to supervisors, hang up on you. I have seen it all with this company. I have put out a mass email to everyone within the Electrical industry I have in my address book (over 6K people) NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I am not screwed out of 600$ PLUS another 210.60 which I could have saved on the replacement order but ordered from them anyway.

"I purchased Bright Air Pet from Walmart using their web page. The order was fulfilled by Shoplet. The Walmart/Shoplet ad indicated that the price was 6/carton. I received one item, not six as the ad implied. It has since been changed to a price double what I paid making the cost per item just under $5 each. I paid $15.95 for the one I received (I expected six for that based on their ad). I have contacted both Walmart and Shoplet. Walmart passed my compliant on to Shoplet. Shoplet has not responded to my direct contact or the pass thru from Walmart. I will never do business with Shoplet or refer them.
