"Ordered through Walmart.com, could not cancel within 10 minutes. Making me pay restocking fee and pay my own reshipping fees. Package unopened and UPS did not ring my doorbell in order to give me a chance to decline the delivery. Now have to wait for RMA and pay to ship the stuff back on my own $$. Not my fault, but not their fault, but they are not willing to budge on anything! Can you say this company ****! I will make sure anything I order, in the future, does NOT come from this place."
"HORRIBLE "Customer Service" if you can even call it that. Would rate a zero if a could. Ordered a very large rather expensive whiteboard and it was received damaged and needed it quickly. Since it was ordered through Amazon.com we contacted them through amazon first. We also called the number on the packaging sheet which was a direct Shoplet.com number. Responses to inquires have taken 3-5 days, if a response was received at all. They are refusing to send a replacement until the damaged product has been returned.
Due to the lack of response time to requests, we filed a complaint through Amazon still nothing. After a phone call to "Chris" today I was told that since a complaint was filed through Amazon they will not do anything "their hands are tied". While Amazon provides the following information "If the seller provides a replacement, the product eventually arrives, or the problem is otherwise resolved before our investigation is complete, you can Withdraw claim or let us know by replying to the claim confirmation e-mail. "
So not only does shoplet "customer service" ignore your inquires, the blatantly lie when you actually get a hold of someone directly.
We will NEVER, EVER, EVER, do business with this company again. Whether it be directly or through a third party, no matter how good the price might be. This company is a fraud, joke, and lots of other 4 letter words I can't mention.

"Placed an order for paper - received order in box with no packing material - reams were banging around in transit and corners were damaged. Called Shoplet to advise and they promised to send 1 ream of each type of paper for free to cover the spoilage. Never received. Never advised plans had changed. They blamed it on "the warehouse". Unreliable. Avoid. Price is only good if you get what you ordered, in condition they advertise. Never again!"
"Product identified via Google search. First price advertised as $204, get to the website still $204, add it cart, $260!? Then, I write them an e-mail to notify them what's happening, no response. Add it to the cart 10 minutes later and finally $204. I purchase the item to find out it's out of stock. I call them as an unsuspecting customer and the person says "Oh we have plenty of stock on that, honey". She does some more research and says she'll have to contact the warehouse and won't hear back for 72 hours to confirm for sure it's in stock!? In the meantime they say they'll update their inventory but two days later it's still listed as available so I order it again to get an email saying the order was cancelled because it's not in stock. Wow. "
"Ok, I should have known better. Decided to ignore the 115 negative reviews and give these folks a shot. SCAMMERS, advertise a low price and then try to overcharge you once you go to the payment page, but I didn't fall for it. Finally my order goes thru and then I had to call to be told "we can't honor our advertised price". Translation-you didn't fall for our trick to over charge you, so we backed out of the contract."
"This is not a review on the product quality I purchased, which is good, but on Shoplet customer service.
Beware! Return items at your own risk.
I was charged a very high restocking fee (do not trust the policies you'll find on the site of a 10%) as you will be charged with the return shipping.
After chasing customer service for 6+ weeks I got my refund: a $6.12 refund for a product $15.65.
The reason: According to their customer service, I was charged for the amount paid for the freight costs to and from your shipping address - a policy NEVER MENTIONED on their site or during my email exchange with them.
Never again! "
"Ordered an item that was time sensitive......was leaving town.....It came in late.....AND BROKEN......when I returned and contacted the company to return the item they said it was beyond the return date.
According to the shipping dates it took two weeks to arrive using UPS. USP disputes their claim.
What difference does that make? This is not a warranty issue...it came in broken!
If you need something in a reasonable time and don't want it delivered broken.....then buy it some place else. "
"I ordered 5 packages of 500 sheet 20 lb. Hammermill copy plus paper. Shoplet shipped the order across country in a very flimsy cardboard box with the product not secure inside the box. The packages were loose inside the box and when I received it every package was torn open. Very poor shipping. I don't see how Shoplet expected the order to make it. I will keep it and use the paper as best I can, since it is not worth returning it, but this is my last order to Shoplet."
"I cannot unsubscribe from the numerous emails received from this site. When I use the unsubscribe button, it takes me to their shopping page and requests that I log in. When I attempt to email them, I am directed to a page saying "Rock, Paper, Scissors" and further stating that there was an error, and giving me options to call them or email them. Email attempts at this juncture were also to no avail. I left a message requesting removal from any further emails, and for them to contact me letting me know they received my phone message. I do hope this is fruitful, but it is more effort than necessary to stop unwanted advertizements coming nearly daily to my email."
"I am new to shopping at Shoplet.com. I ordered some foam cups and they came pretty quickly so I was happy about that. I then made 2 more orders on Feb 9 and Feb 11 for more foam cups. All I have seen is that the orders have been "Processed" and no tracking information yet. I will review based on first order and wait for the other 2 orders. I used paypal so I am not worried if this company turns out to be a scam."
"Ordered a case of toilet paper....Received the case totally destroyed .
The contents were smashed back into the box and delivered that way. I contacted Shoplet immediately. Their solution...Ship us back the product for a replacement. In what, the box was destroyed. Their solution we will ship you new product, dump that out ( 80 rolls of toilet paper) and use that box to resend the product after you repack all of it and then take it to UPS for reshipment. What....How about UPS came and get it the same condition they delivered it in.
They shipped this Via UPS not me and now it's my Problem. Their customer service dept is incapable of simple problem resolution.
I requested and have not received a contact from management.
Apparently Shoplet does not valve their customers.
