The have the worst customer service and false advertising!

"So we ordered over 10 cases of toilet paper from them it seemed like a good deal. The website said and still says they haven't changed it yet 12 rolls per case but when we got the order it was 6 rolls per case. What a ripoff and false advertising trying to lure ppl to buy from them. To top that off whenever I called them to fix the problem saying ship me the rest or refund half the money they kept saying we will call you back....I called them 3 times in 3 weeks and noone ever called back. Then when I finally call back they put me on hold for 8 mins and say I will have to return the stuff. So i said we have 3 locations we landed up using 1 box. I want the full money reimbursed and I want to know whether we have to send it back someone else will pick it up...they tell oh we don't know these details we will have to get back to you....SERIOUSLY what do you know!!! I have had it with them I gave them 4 weeks to fix this mess. Do not buy from them the description could be wrong and then they drag their feet to fix the problem. Typical nonsense."

Warehouse can't count, shortshipped, terrible customer service, lies about 2 day shipping

"Bought 93 widescreen monitor protectors. Took 8 days for them all to arrive. Only received 92 units. Had to beg and plead of Shoplet to complete the order, and then received zero satisfaction when I pointed out it took an hour of my time sorting 19 boxes to figure out we were short shipped. I will not patronize this store again and recommend anyone reading this interview to do the same

Also just noticed they lied about 2 day shipping... again folks, took 8 days for my product arrive... LIARS! SAD!

Scam, returned merchandise NEVER RECEIVED REFUND!!!

"Returned very poor quality merchandise. NEVER received refund, after numerous emails and calls....each 'agent' giving their excuse of why. One of the first told us to 'watch our bank statement for the refund'. When it never came, we called a third time (this is after numerous emails) and were told "Oh, we don't show we got it back to us, we'll check with the warehouse and you'll hear from us by the end of the day." That call never came. Today, when I called, all she could say is 'Oh, they should have called you but we show it wasn't returned'...so no refund and I got hung up on..even though I was being very polite but did ask 'Is this the way you do business? Does your company need the $37 more than a senior citizen does?' (If their calls are all recorded, they know how many times we have called and emailed.) Beware!!! 'Funniest' part....I emailed immediately after opening one box and told them they would be returned. (Ordered was placed Mar. 22nd...we received the packages right away...but 'return correspondence' from them was NOT like that. We never heard from them, so I put 'RETURN TO SEND' on the boxes with copies of the invoices in each box.) NOW they are saying 'We sent return labels to you April 13 and you never used them, so the packages were not returned, so we show you still have the merchandise.) The boxes were returned before April. Of course I complained, not only because we never received any 'Return' labels and who waits nearly a MONTH to return on the internet. She also said 'check with USPS, we show you signed for them...I really complained about that...we never signed for anything, they were just left on our porch....all she could say is 'oh, that's just the way they do it.' NOTHING made sense...LEAST of all, ordering from this horrible joke of a company. So...after calling today, asking why nothing on our 'bank statement' and NO phone call after 'checking with the warehouse'...I was told 'Ask USPS' and hung up on.
The merchandise was NOT the quality listed....WISH we had read feedback first. If I had known what a scam this is, I would have given these folders to an elementary school....at least I could have used them as a tax right off....now I'm just out everything and Shoplet has our money and the folders. BEWARE!!!! (IF those boxes could not be 'found' makes you wonder how many 'Return to Senders' they get each day...with invoices inside as well.)

Great Selection - Great Services - Competitive Pricing

"Found Shoplet when searching for a not to common item that I could not otherwise find at my local office supply store. Shoplet had the item I was looking for and at a very competitive price. Website was easy to use and the item arrived in 2 business days - and shipping was free. A great first time experience. A few weeks later I got a call from a Shoplet account representative to follow-up that my order arrived on time and that everything was to my liking. He asked me some questions about my purchase, and more specifically whether what I bought was for me personally or for my business. I told him that this item was for me, but I do own a small business and that I would be interested in learning more about Shoplet and what it has to offer business customers. I scheduled a virtual tour of the site with this representative and since then I have made lots of purchases for both myself and my company. I will continue to use Shoplet going forward."

Deserves 0 Stars

"I ordered a stapler, but the stapler I received was not the one I ordered. There was no explanation for the switch, I was just told I was going to have to return it and be refunded for it. I just got the shipping labels today after weeks of trying to get them but guess what. The only way they contact you is by email but if you don't receive their emails you are out of luck because they won't call you to resolve the issue. When I called and told the customer service rep that I wasn't receiving any emails from Shoplet, including his, he decided to disconnect with me and then call my company's IT department. I am baffled that anyone would call another company's IT department. If he wanted to talk to them, why didn't he just ask to conference them in while we were on the phone. I feel my privacy was invaded and I was barely offered an apology for his actions and the only thing I was told is that the CEO was notified. That might give them peace to feel like they are doing something but what about my peace. I was actually told I was trying to keep the item and still get a refund. Stay away from this company! They only seem out to scam people and have no customer service skills. Shoplet does not believe in the customer being right or how the customer feels they only believe in protecting themselves and providing excuses. "

Pleasantly Surprised

"I found the best price on the vacuum cleaner I was looking for at Shoplet using a Google search. I also found a coupon which lowered the price even more. A few minutes after purchasing using PayPal, I got cold feet and began researching reviews for Shoplet. Unfortunately most of the reviews were very negative. I attempted to contact PayPal and my credit card company fearing that I would receive the item missing parts or something to that effect. The item ended up arriving two days later in a manufacturer sealed box from a local distribution center here in California (Shoplet appears to be a New York based company). The item was exactly as described, priced the lowest and I am happy with the purchase. I don't normally leave feedback but felt that under the circumstance they deserve a positive review based on my experience. Your experience may vary. I didn't give them 5 stars because it wasn't clearly stated that I would be charged California sales tax. When I completed the transaction through PayPal, the sales tax was added on. I live in California and understand the charge for sales tax, just was not disclosed prior to completing the transaction. item was $228.12."

The worse customer service EVER!

"I purchased the Simalic go-growth vitamin minerals packs for my daughter and the website clear state 30/ packs per order so I purchased 4 which makes total 120 single pacakets. The item was received in timely manner; However, it’s 2/3 of short for the quantity. The item arrived on Sat., so I write the email for return request and called on follow Monday and the customer service rep. Told me not sure why it’s short, but they will contact the warehouse and let me know either fulfill the order or send me return shipping label thru my email For return n full refund. But, days pass with no follow Email or calls, so contact then again and they told me it’s website error, so will contact the warehouse again and send me return shipping label.... and again NOTHING. SO, I called again, they promised me up and down will have follow up email for the return.... Of course nothing again, but I got the fedex door tag when I got home couple days later and turn out to be a package pickup awhile i never received the email note about it nor at the home to give them the package. Then, I called again trying to figure out what’s going on and resolve the issue once for all, but THEY WOULDNT OFFER ME ANY OPTION BUT STAY HOME WAIT FOR THE FEDEX COME PICK UP THE PACKAGE without giving ANY time frame. AND, they finally figure they had my email address entered wrong in the system. The supervisor of the customer service had the worse attitude and offer no solution whatever and so ever, so she said she will put request to the warehouse. she also told me instead if I missed he next FedEx pickup I will have to pay my own shipping to return the item due to their own website mistake which I had took screen shot of the page to proof.
Oh not forget to mention, they enter extra letter for my email address that’s why I don’t get any email from them the last time I called! this for real? How the hack this company still exist?
I asked for speak to someone in order to file my complaint, and of course again, she said I’ll take your information and someone will contact me. SURE.... And yet again, I have to make another call again tomorrow to figure out if the FedEx EVER gonna come back again..... Honestly, this company by far is the worse online shopping site n customer service I EVER had. I really wish I to to find the online review of the site before I made my purchase...
SO BE VERY AWARE THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WEBSITE ERROR!

Don't walk run!

"Shoplet listing clearly stated a Boss welding helmet filter that was auto darkening. Also said included was a bracket that holds the filter assembly into the welding helmet. What I received was the bracket only. I called customer service on a Friday and explain that the welding filter did not come. Was told they would get back to me. I did not hear from them so I sent out an email Tuesday. As I did not hear from them I called back Thursday. This time they offered to refund my money as it was a bad listing. I told them in my opinion it was bait and switch as it was no chance to the listing on their website. Told them if it was an honest mistake it would have been fixed very shortly after my phone call last Friday. Told them if they were going to refund my money then the listing had better have been corrected. If it had not been corrected I expected to get the welding filter as listed. Sure enough I immediately went to the website after hanging up with tech support and lo and behold the listing had not been changed. I called tech support back and told them that in automotive industry this was called bait and switch. Told them I wanted the filter as listed and not to refund my money. In my opinion not a company to do business with. Run away! Do not pass go, after reading the other reviews on this site I see that my opinion of this company is shared by several others! Again run!!!"

cannot stop orders, cannot return

"My father ordered an walker at ShopLet. The company sent the walker right away, very good service.
After one week later, my father received a walker. Then, every two weeks, he received the same walker and the ShopLet took money from his debit account six times for six walkers sending to his home.
My father cannot cancel , also he requested via Email but he didn't get any replies from ShopLet.
The problem occurred two months ago without a solution from Shoplet.
Anyone gets the same trouble?

Awful Experience- Schedule and Save is a Rip-off- VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

"Have been getting a personal care product from them for two years. I chose the "Schedule and Save" feature to "save". Over time, the price climbed and climbed until what I was buying went from $30 to $45 delivered. I found it cheaper and wanted to return my latest delivery and they wanted me to pay shipping along with a 15% "restocking" fee. Then I saw that the product was not only lower in price elsewhere, it was also offered for around $30 on Shoplet. NEVER AGAIN!"

FALSE ADVERTISING THIEVING LIARS SHOPLET

"Shoplet is a crap show. I will never, ever, buy anything from them again for as long as I live. First off they are false advertisers. They show a picture of a vaporizer and they give the description of the vaporizer but then when you pay for it on your online receipt their is suddenly the word "filter" hidden in the description of a vaporizer. They do not have an online system that allows for cancellation of orders even 1 second after purchase because they hope you will just keep the falsely advertised item that they overcharged you for. They have no employees, nor any system, including email, by which to cancel or speak with someone regarding an order except Monday through Friday from 9 to 5, which are the hours most of us are working. I sent 3 emails right after realizing they had falsely advertised the product I purchased all were ignored. I called them the moment they opened on Monday morning and was told by employee Leeza at ext 188 that she would contact the shipping warehouse and cancel the order and then email me or call me. She did none of those things. She outright lied. She's a liar and three days later she still hasn't called or emailed. She also never cancelled the order as promised. I called he extension back multiple times and was sent to voice mail. I left her a msg to contact me as promised and she never did, not once. She's a liar. So, because I was getting no return info from Leeza, I spoke with James who said he would do the same thing. He never did anything. I called a third time at the end of the day and the third women told me the order just shipped. Now I have the item and I called for a return and Jalene said she would have to contact the warehouse to get authorization for the return and email me back. Also informed me I will have to pay for return freight and a restock fee. This company is absolute crap. It's a Whorperation. Stealing money from people by falsely advertising with photos and descriptions. Tony Ellison is a clown, running a clown show. I will never buy anything from them again, and I will tell everyone I come into contact with in this life to stay far away from Shoplet. Shop here at your own risk. You've been warned. "
