"Ordered furniture and after a month I still had no furniture and no shipping information despite being charged for the purchase on the day I ordered. No customer service help. I heard "we'll email our warehouse" about 5 times on 5 different calls but never got updated information. Will never use this vendor again."
"I purchased a power mobility scooter for my mom who's a senior citizen. I purchased it from them via their Amazon listing because they advertised it as including a 5 year warranty. It turns out that they do not offer it with that warranty. But wait. There's more. When I went to return it, I learned that in fact, Shoplet doesn't stock any items. They're just a jobber. They told me that their supplier doesn't pay for returns so it's my problem. I didn't buy this scooter from their supplier. I bought it from them. "

Within the 30 day return window, I requested a refund authorization and followed up with multiple emails. Nothing. I was totally ignored. Customer "Service" is a misnomer when it comes to this outfit. AGAIN, DO NOT PATRONIZE SHOPLET. If anything goes wrong with your purchase you will end up being stuck with it and losing your money. "I had gone on to the Walmart site to purchase a printer and cartridges. I was unaware that I was being redirected from Walmart to this third party site until the time came for me to return the items and Walmart would not take them back because they claimed I didn't buy them from WalMart, but Shoplet. So I called Shoplet and was told I would be charged a restocking fee. Actually, two fees, one for the printer and one for the cartridges. I never received a refund."
"I placed an order and didn't receive the 2nd part of the order. When I contacted customer support, their response was - you received it, based on the USPS tracking information. So I went and check with all of my neighbors and no one had received it. I reached back out to customer service once again and they told me they would contact the warehouse. I've never heard from them again. At this point, I could understand if it was a high dollar item but this was a cheap USB stick that cost $8.00 that I purchased just so I could get free shipping. Bottom line is they don't care about their customers. Customer service was very rude as well in their response. I will never spend another penny with them again."
"I ordered a walker for my grandfather( $56) but it was not like what i expected so i needed to return it. However, i had to pay $96 for the return shipping fee. Yes, it was $96. it was more than what i paid for the walker. They even charged me 15% restocking fee. I called the customer services the day after and what they told me was "that was your choice, we cannot do anything about that"and I was speechless. well, what a "good" customer services they had. I will not shop here anymore and I will tell people about that. Please dont shop here if you dont wanna experience something like that. Poor customer service and unreasonable shipping fee"
"Tried a few times to place an order under their advertised 25% discount. The website was unresponsive and gave errors. So I reached out to their customer service. At first they denied their was any discount offer. Then they asked for a copy of the email they sent. Then they said maybe it was because one item of the many in my shopping cart was on sale. Both the online chat and the email to customer service was a complete waste of time. Thankfully I realized before placing the order that these folks had no idea how to provide customer service, and would likely screw up my order. Run to another seller before you regret ever dealing with these people."
"In mid-September I made the mistake of ordering Cando Theraputty from this company. A few days later I received an email from them confirming my order and giving me a date spread of about 15 days by which time the product would be delivered to me. That date came and went without my having received the Theraputty. Patient by nature I decided to give them a few more days. In the interim I received a notice from an Internet order reviewing company asking me to review my experience with Shoplet.com. Tempted to write a negative review I held off again. By mid-October it became clear that something had gone wrong so I attempted to contact Walmart as it was on their website that I had placed my order...apparently Walmart acts as an online agent for Shoplet. Despite repeated attempts to contact Walmart I never received a reply. By early November it became clear to me that I was never going to receive the Theraputty despite the fact that Shoplet had charged my Visa card the full amount 6 weeks earlier. So I contacted my credit card company and was told to call the phone number beneath the itemized charge on my bill.I followed their instruction and spoke with a Shoplet Customer Representative. He was unable to determine what had gone wrong. He promised to call back the next day but it took 3 days before I heard from him via an email which said that something had gone wrong and the warehouse didn't receive my order. He then asked if I wanted to resubmit the order. Having invested several hours investigating this mess I was hesitent to cancel and so asked him how long it would take to receive the Theraputty if I should resubmit the order. The next day I got an email from him saying that the Theraputty would not be in stock at the warehouse until November 30!!!!!!!!!!
In other words a product ordered in mid-September would not even be ready for shipping until more than 10 weeks after the order was first placed. Needless to say I canceled the order after informing the customer rep that my dealings with his company had been "The worst shopping experience of my life!". .... and I am 70 years old! "
"I wanted an electric pump to blow up my Swiss ball. Shoplet was the only one that advertised one. I had second doubts about them but ordered one anyway. Well, that's $20+ wasted. I received an email saying it was on the way, it would take a while but there was no tracking number at the time. A month later I emailed them saying when can I expect it. They said it arrived via FedEx on 9/6. I was home all day, how could I have missed the delivery. That was in August, it is now October and still no pump. I email them every week to keep bugging them, first they were checking with the manufacturer, then they were tracking it through the warehouse. Now they say they are reaching out to the warehouse on a reshipment that happened on 9/29, still no tracking number. It was reshipped two weeks ago and they still don't have a tracking number through FedEx. Wish I could have found it on Amazon.com, I never have had a problem with them. No Shoplet for me!"
"I ordered a dozen bic pens through Walmart, they went through Shoplet. I got in the mail not my box of a dozen pens but one single pen not even in a blister pack, just one pen. I wrote to them repeatedly they didn't even answer the emails so I paid 10.60 for one 4 color pen even on their own website 3 pens in a blister pack are just over $5 . Btw the pen is great it's the only kind I ever use but I will never buy anything from Shoplet again nor do I recommend anyone else buy from them I was ripped off royally! If I could give zero stars I would."
"Shoplet.com and Bruce have left me with a memorable experience that will be long remembered. I ordered a bath aide for my 93 year old mother on a Friday and cancelled on Sat. by e-mail as suggested by the web page. It arrived on Tues. with no prior notice. Bruce told me e-mail was a poor way to stop the order. He also told me yesterday that a return label would be provided within 48 hours. Well,the 48 hours is not up but his response was timely this time. Told me I could not return the item ,as it was opened. (WAS NOT) Then told to return but I must pay thee postage and a restocking fee. I am happy to do so. I only hope that I have more success in getting my refund than those listed in previous reviews. I will look closer at where my future purchases are made thanks to your web site"

"Ten days ago I ordered a walker for my 90 year old father. It was to be there in 2-5 days. On the fifth day I called to track it and was told it had not shipped because they were trying to verify my billing address. I asked how they were trying to verify it if they had not emailed, called, or texted me that there was an issue. They said they were shipping it that day and immediately billed my card. Ten days later my father is still without his walker. I called today and Bruce told me that he could not track it because he "we don't have it." Apparently it is in the warehouse somewhere. I asked to talk to a manager or supervisor and was told they were ALL in a meeting an someone would call me back. I was also told the order could not be cancelled because it is "in process." This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. My father cannot walk properly without the walker I ordered - Shoplet.com is putting his life at risk."
