"Very fast shipping and easy check out.
I ordered a carton of paper and some ink in the morning and received the package the next day. I also used the green the office tool that helps me switch to more ecofriendly paper. Nice thought!

"I ordered some CD storage boxes from Shoplet.com through Amazon. I ordered these on August 23, 2008 and chose standard shipping. I received my order on August 26, 2008-- three days later!

I was quite pleased with my experience with this company and if this order is any indication of the standard of their service, I have no qualms at all recommending Shoplet.com very highly.

"This is an awful vendor. I ordered from them on July 19th...they sent a UPS tracking confirmation that says the product was delivered to a town I've never heard of let alone lived in. When I questioned the order, they simply sent me to the UPS site. Then after my 6th? email, a real person finally began to correspond. Her last email was over 2 weeks ago, and I haven't heard back since! Do not order from these folks...they are either incompetent, lazy, careless or all three."

"I order this product 7/26, on 7/31 shoplet.com canceled the order without notifying me...only under my own investigation did I determine what they had done...when I asked why I was not notified they told me they sent an email...it was NEVER received and after speaking with the customer service person I don't believe it was sent. They canceled the order because the product what "not in stock". Yet when I when to their website it clearly shows the product to be in stock and available for order. When I advised the customer service rep of this fact his comment was, “so, what do you want me to do about that, I don’t run the website.”

Upon that lovely customer service I informed the lad that I would never order from his company again, his response was again, “so”.

Order at your own peril!

"This company is now an amazon seller... (with a pretty poor amazon seller rating)

On the amazon web site, shoplet.com advertised an item described as 2-pounds of starbucks coffee. I placed an order for two of these items (for a total of 4 pounds of coffee)

I received two 1-pound bags of coffee (receiving a total of only 2 pounds of coffee)

I called their customer service department to get the issue resolved. The CSR said that the description was wrong and they noticed this about a week earlier. They could not send me the two remaining pounds, but they would credit me $1 for each of the two pounds of coffee so I would be paying 'their cost' for the coffee.

Even with this $1 discount, with their shipping charges, I would be paying about $4 per pound more than if I were to just go pick up the coffee at the local Starbucks. Since the CSR was unable to do anything else for me, I requested to return the product. Now I have to wait a few days for them to issue an RMA number and a shipping label, and ship the item back...

Any other reputable seller would have contacted the customer after noticing the error in the advertisement to ensure the customer still wanted the product at the adjusted price, or just made good on their advertised price and sent the remainder of the order.

As I write this, the item on the amazon site still listed just as it was when I placed my order.

Not a very good experience when all I was looking for was a good price on a cup of joe.

"One item was not in stock, even though the website said it was in stock. The invoice accessible online was never adjusted to reflect the new bill, subtracting said "not in stock" item. The customer service representative "assigned" to my case went conveniently out of town. Shipping for the rest of my order was pretty unreasonable. In conclusion, a ripoff and bad communication."

"I ordered appopx 28 items 7 different categories from them and I was really not sure about ordering from them. I placed my order $102.00 and I was really surprised I received everyhing much faster then I expected. I will without a doubt order again from them I had no problems at all the order came complete nothing missing or back ordered. "Very dissatisfied. I placed an order for Napoli Series furniture. Two hours latter I decide to cancel order and sent request to Customer support. Order was canceled and I received email confirmation. I got refund for item minus shipping cost after one month. It was extremely difficult to reach them. Filled complain with my Credit Card. Got money back. Would definitely not recommend this company."

"Ordered Lexmark Z23 black ink cartridges from this site (actually the Elite brand remanufactured type, which is cheaper). The price was lower from this seller than any other seller listed on froogle by a few dollars; giving me a better deal on this site without free shipping than the other guys that offered it with orders over $45 (which I believe shoplet.com offers too; only my order with them wasn't over $45). In fact, my whole order- shipping included- barely topped $45. So, it was a good deal.

In addition, they sent immediate tracking information to me and shipped the item very quickly (received my items days earlier than I expected). The items themselves were exactly as I ordered.

Only complaint would be that the site is a little user-hostile (for example, it has "please send me email offers" or whatever the wording was pre-checked; you have to opt out), but it was no worse than most other online vendors.

I give shoplet a very solid 'A' rating.
