"Was VERY happy with the companies service until my order was delivered. I had to call them and ask where part of my order was. That is when I was told that the item was being sent Fedex. After many phone calls to track the package I was told that it was in transit and would be delivered the next day. The problem was I was assured that it would all be her Friday and my builder was to be finished by Saturday. I ordered the items on 10/1 in the morning and the FedEx part was not shipped till 10/7 and because it was not sent priority FedEx could not tell me when I would expect it delivered. This is going to be an expensive and once in my lifetime project. I wanted everything to be just perfect. I received a faucet, which my contractor installed only to find out that it leaked on the hot water side. We tried to fix it, but could not, so I called your customer service.
The issue was addressed in a very courteous manner, and I was told that the vendor needed to be contacted first. Within less than 24 hours I received a return phone call and an email, offering a positive and timely solution. It was seemless and painless.
