"Customer Support has been very responsive upon receiving my order for Outset Rosewood Telescoping Forks to use with our new firepit. Unfortunately, we paid for express delivery to have the forks for the July 4th weekend, but the items did not ship until July 2. I will be looking to see if we are given a credit for the shipping costs we prepaid. We also ordered the Outset Rosewood Mop which is in backorder. I will expect there to be no shipping charges related to this product. Final opinions all TBD."

"They have a very good web page. The graphics and photos are sufficient and appropriate for the customer's needs. They provide all the information I needed to make an informed decision and have a great selection of the items that I was looking for, primarily stainless steel outdoor kitchen doors and drawers.

The shipment was incomplete. Two items were back ordered 3 or 4 weeks and have not been shipped yet, even though my credit card has been charged for the full order. One of the items shipped to me was incorrect and will need to be replaced. I have called them and they have promised to replace it promptly. All of the items delivered so far have arrived in perfect shape and as advertised (except for the item to be replaced).

The Bar-B-Que guys branded stainless steel components are high quality at a reasonable price for stainless steel (which is very expensive!). Web page ordering is straight forward, telephone customer service is very pleasantand helpful. We'll see if they follow through on the current issues and loose ends."
