The delivery service was courteous and helpful unloading the 300lb. grill. The grill was in perfect condition and my husband put the rest of it together w/in about an hour. It was mostly assembled by factory. Too cold here right now, so haven't gotten to grill yet, but I'm looking forward to some tasty stuff."

"I purchased a barbecue grill from shopperschoice.com on their website. The web page said that the grill was $1000 with free shipping. This was the "deal of the day". I purchased the grill online, and my credit card was charged $1000. A few days later I got an email from Christine in customer service saying shipping would be $167 more. When I explained that the site had said shipping was free, she told me that "used items always require shipping charges". I then explained that the site said nothing at all about the item being "used". I directed her to the specific page on their site and was told they would not honor the deal offered there. I asked to speak with a manager, and was transferred to Mark who also looked at the page and reiterated that they would not honor this deal. He said the grill was not used, but had cosmetic damage. I explained that not only had I already been charged for what was advertised as a new grill but that shipping was advertised as free. He told me that if I wanted a new grill with free shipping, I could buy that for an additional $1000. I offered a compromise and said that I would accept the damaged item if they would pay for shipping. He repeated that they would not do this and said that they planned to credit back my $1000.

"I ordered a dual LNB for my DirecTV satellite from them, and received it within 3 days. However, the item was placed in a large box with no packing material, left to bounce and slide around in the box. It wasn't even placed in a plastic bag or anything, just bare, inside the box, nothing else. If it weren't for this, I would probably shop there again. If you care about the item you're ordering, and it could possibly be fragile, I would avoid them. There was no care at all put into the packaging of my item."
