Their customer service is Top Notch (Nordstrom like experience). I did most of my research of products from their online site and then proceeded to call them to place my orders over the phone, because I had some questions. Chris Harvey was the customer rep that helped me with all of my questions and orders. Chris was very prompt and very accomodating with helping me select the right products that met my budget and feature functions. I see some people on here have left negative reviews for this company canceling their order because they didn't have something in stock. Shame on you for doing that. When you place an order on a website you are submitting on offer to purchase something. Then when the merchant reviews your offer it is up to them whether to accept your offer. "Bought a Mecco charcoal BBQ for my husband for our anniversary. Very quick to ship, but, unfortunately, was the wrong product, and the wrong color. Was told I had to pay to return it (never took it out of the box), and pay for the outgoing shipping to send me the wrong product. This equaled half of the cost of the BBQ!

"I ordered boots, they arrived in a timely manner but the left boot had a manufacturing defect. I called after business hours and left a message. Joachin called the next day but I was out. There was a little bit of phone tag but it was no one's fault. When I did talk to him I said I wanted to exchange for another pair. They were discontinued and he asked if I wanted a different pair. I browsed the website, found what I wanted and sent him an email saying so. He called the next day confirming my order and said they were sending a prepaid shipping sticker to send the defective pair back and credited me the difference in price since my second choice was $2 cheaper. I have not received them yet since this all happened yesterday. Based on the way they handled this transaction I am very satisfied with the service. I will update this review when I receive the new boots. Update: I received a Fedex shipping label on 12/9 and shipped the defective boots off the same day. New boots arrived 12/13 in perfect condition. I'm very happy with this transaction and this company. "
