"Very Bad Small Company.
First I bought an RX240 Radiator that I never opened and wanted to return. So I paid for a tracked delivery which at first they denied that they receieved until I showed them the tracking report that it was delivered and still charged me a 15% restocking fee.
Add to that I ordered screws and fittings almost 2 weeks ago that have not yet arrived. Which is the last pieces I need to finish my system.
I will never be ordering from this company again."

This time in particular though I had ordered a 1/4" tee barb that was listed as 'in stock' on the website, received an email two days later saying my order was ready to ship but those barbs weren't in stock. I had actually needed a 1/4" elbow which wasn't listed on the website, replied stating such and within an hour Gary had switched out what I ordered with what I really needed and shipped my order. Received it two days later. Just an example of them going out of their way to make someone happy, great place to do business with."

"This is not what I would expect. I made an order 7 days ago. I am glad I paid with an AMEX. When I follow their link of my order it has no updated information. When I call the number listed on the website It goes to a fax.
Not what I would expect to happen but after reading a few other reviews here thier orders sound like what is happening to mine. This SUX.. I guess I will dispute this with the credit card company.

"Placed an order and haven't heard anything since - credit card hasn't been charged, invoice hasn't been updated with a status, and all attempts to contact the seller have been fruitless.
UPDATE - Got a response back from Gary which explained what was going on. All is good again, look forward to doing business with him in the future.
