When it arrived, I opened it, and realized that english nickle doesn't look quite like oil rubbed bronze. I called customer service, and they were very helpful. I got the correct thing ordered, and they RMA'd my original order. Completely painless. I was impressed with both quality of the fixtures I received, and the price. And the shipped item arrived very quickly. The replacement hand shower got here fast too.
