"I have purchased several items for my bathroom remodel and most worked out just fine. I do have to report one very unpleasant situation. A toilet, Sonnet Dual Flush Toilet with Seat - White, while looking great on the web site has a non standard drain system that is just incompatible with the US market. The drain fitting is for 4 inch drains while the US market uses 3 inch waste. When asked about this Signature Hardware gave us no satisfaction. I'm basically forced to discard this product and wright off its cost."
