"I ordered two mirrors and free standing bathtub from this company.
Mirrors arrived in a short time, but were very poor quality. When I wanted to return them, I was issued RMA, but had to pay over $45 in shipping for each mirror. Quite expensive for mirrors, which cost $145 each, but company didn’t provide me with return shipping label and discount shipping costs. They also charged me 10% restocking fee for these items, which I didn’t even use and one box wasn’t even open.

The best part was when my free standing tub was delivered and I was informed by shipping company, if I will open a box they will not take back the tub even if it’s damaged, wrong tub or wrong color. When I called Signature Hardware customer service, they confirmed that this is their policy. Since I already had problems before and didn’t want to ship tub back, if any problems, I refused the delivery. Signature charged me shipping cost and restocking fee for the total of $212.13.

The questionable business practice used by this company is totally out of line and not how all other companies are operating. I will strongly discourage anybody to buy from them. Bad business practices and bad customer service."

The sink was in a plastic wrapper with styrofoam around the edges and then to top it off they packed "expand a foam" material bags around it. I could not believe my eyes at how well it was packed! Looks great installed & we LOVE it."

"The watering can I bought arrived quickly, but the brass/copper finish had oxidized in splotches. I attempted to clean a spot, to determine whether it was fixable. I decided to try and exchange the item for another. After contacting a rep by email, I was informed that it was not returnable because I had tried to change it. Ultimately, we arrived at a compromise so I was mollified, but I wish there had been some mention made of this either online or on a shipping notice (there was nothing in the box). Bottom line, I like what I got (though it will take a little work), and I would do business with this company again. Lesson learned for me."
