"I contacted Signature Hardware to place an order for a bathtub. They took my order over the phone and instructed me to check the item immediately upon receipt to ensure it was acceptable and to contact them immediately to arrange for an exchange if anything was wrong. I followed their instructions and found that the tub rim had been drilled for a faucet, even though I specifically ordered a non-drilled tub. When I called the company to exchange the item, I was told they would not pay for the return shipping. This is unacceptable to me as not only was I charged a fee for having the tub drilled in the first place but I have to pay for their mistake by incurring an additional shipping cost of $150.00. To me this is very poor customer service!"
