"WE SPENT OVER 3k ON BATHROOM SUPPLIES FROM CLAWFOOTSUPPLY.COM (SIGNATURE HARDWARE) ALL IN AN OIL RUBBED BRONZE FINISH. 3 WIDE SPREAD TEA POT FAUCETS, BRITISH TELEPHONE-HAND WAND WITH SHOWER HEAD FOR CLAWFOOT TUB, AND ALL THE SHUT-OFF VALVES, LINE FEEDS AND SHOWER CURTAIN/RINGS. AFTER 1 YEAR, EVERY PIECE THAT WAS IN CONTACT WITH WATER HAD FLAKED OFF THE CLEAR COATING AND EXPOSED THE UNDERLYING SILVER METAL. WE SUBMITTED PICTURES TO THEM AND WAS TOLD BY CUSTOMER SUPPORT THAT CORROSION IS NOT COVERED. (EXCEPT WE HAVE CITY WATER WITH AN ADDITIONAL WATER SOFTENER INSTALLED) NO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WOULD BE GRANTED AND WE WERE JUST OUT OF LUCK. POOR PRODUCTS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"I purchased a clawfoot tub faucet from them because they had the best price. When I received the faucet I was told by my plumber it was not wall mounted as stated, and we could not use it. Upon the items return, I was told a piece was missing and I would be charged $47, in addition to a 20% re-stocking fee. I told them I never received the missing part and had to wait two weeks to be told I was to be charged for it anyway. I would highly advise anyone to stay away from this retailer. At best, they have awful customer service and at worst, they ripped me off. "

"I ordered a stunning solid polished brass shower rod on July 5, 2007 from Signature Hardware. They even cut the rod for me to fit from the standard 60 inch size down to a precise 55 1/4 inch size to fit my shower. These solid shower rods in one piece in polished brass are extremely hard to find in stores and Signature Hardware only charged me $88 with shipping and cutting fee total included. A one piece shower/bathtub rod is much better than a 2 piece and will not rust nearly as fast if at all.Most stores carry 2 piece types that are cheap and tension mounted so they fall off the shower walls repeatedly.Signature Hardware carried only the screw mounted rod with the brass finish mounting hardware included so the rod would be solidly mounted and not fall down. This is a much better quality rod and showed me that Signature Hardware wanted to avoid carrying junk that is cheap and will soon disappoint customers after purchasing.I received my shower rod only 2 days after placing the Order which was great. So far I have found Signature Hardware to be a very reputable site that carries QUALITY products,not junk, and ships very fast. As an update even now in April 2008 this shower rod still looks brand new and shines and sparkles. Everyone that has seen it has commented on how attractive and expensive it appears. Best $88 I ever spent and for something that I actually like,needed and appreciate a great deal every single day.$88 for a shower rod that looks like a million bucks to me!Makes me happy!!
