"This second or third time I have ordered from this vendor. I tend to order items from them that my local or big box hardware store doesn't carry an item for our house: older or less common items such as certain plumbing, shower, or cabinet items.

Order was processed in a timely fashion and item arrived with everything (no missing pieces or problems). Date shipment was received was one day later than the projected date, but what do can you expect for basic shipping across the country in the dead of winter. "
