"The purchasing experience was great, the service was timely, and the products are awesome.

There was a problem with shipping damage to the
power supply, a rather heavy part which was packed
loosely in a larger box with "peanut" packing.
The metal case of the unit was badly bent and
would not mount in the chassis correctly.
I was able to disassemble, inspect, and repair
the unit and get it to work.

I believe that these units should be a little
better protected for shipping, perhaps with a
close fitting corrugated box around the supply
inside the shipping carton.

"Ordered several 80mm and 92mm fans from them, the order was shipped promptly and Matt was quick to answer any questions I had about the fans. Excellent shopping experience.

As for the fans themselves, well, it's hard to accurately compare them with other low-noise fans, but be assured these ARE quality fans in the same league with panaflo and papst. I tried numerous papst fans and they give the best airflow to noise ratio, but unfortunately all of them rattled like crazy when I screwed them to the case. Horrible, just horrible. As to panaflo... - silenx fans are quiter than panaflo, however they also push less air. I tried adjusting them to the same airflow with rheobus and to me it seems than silenx fans ARE somewhat better. Of course panaflo cost two to four times less depending on the fan size, but if you are absolutely crazy about the noise your PC makes I believe Silenx is your choice. Also keep in mind that unlike silenx panaflo does not make 120x25 fans so it will not fit in a lot of cases that house 120mm fan up front."
