"I had been waiting for a while to order from Silenx, and after all the great reviews I had heard from customers on this site and other independent reviews, my expectations were high. After a quick installation (hint: use needle-nose plyers with the noise dampening plugs, it goes fast), I booted up to the sound of slience! I ordered 3 of there 80mm 14dba fans, and had just replaced my CPU fan with a quieter one...now I may sleep and leave the comp on all night. Order made Sunday night, arrived on Wednesday, packaged well (with bio-degradeable shipping peanutes, mind you). These fans are awesome, as is the customer service you receive from Silenx.
