"I bought a 120mm 11dba Fan and a Thermistor 80mm fan. Thermistor fan is not working properly. I have been trying to change it for 8 days. But everytime I contacted to customer support I received a question per day instead of discussing the problem on the phone. Customer service is your lack of company. But meanwhile your 120mm fan is really silent and circulates air well. Another thing here is I really wanted to buy a harddrive coolong and a VGA cooling but the prices are expensive for them. I suggest you to put different silent products but with a lower price if you can.

I have been so impressed with the performance of this company's products I went ahead and ordered two 120mm 14db case fans to replace the factory ones in my Lian Li PC-V1000 case (already supposedly a 'quiet' case). The difference was immense; the sound went down considerably, but ambient temperatures in my case have stayed constant. I'm so enamoured with the silenx hardware I've recieved recently that I'm going to pickup their swiftech heatsink (socket 754) paired with the 80mm Thermal Fan!"
