The original shipping cost was $9.95 and then I had to return it paying $8.00 for shipping, They received the return package 8 days ago and I have no refund to date. The CSR said it would be another week for the refund. So a $74 shirt that I can't use and returned to them cost me almost $18 for shipping. How horrible that a company would take advantage of anyone that way. I actually thought about exchanging the shirt for another size but I would have to pay another $9.95. If I had done that the shirt would have been $102.00. HORRIBLE! Don't shop here unless you like paying postage and have a CSR belittle you!"
