"This review is so late due to the problems that had to be resolved with the order. The chair arrived 1 Nov with parts missing. I called on 2 Nov and was finally told that the missing parts would be sent. After hearing and receiving nothing I sent a follow up email email on 18 Nov. Still not hearing anything I sent another email on 30 Nov. I sent yet another email on 15 Dec before I finally received a reply later that day with promise of a prompt ship of the missing parts. I received the parts last week and was finally able to assemble my chair. Having shipped me extra parts beyond what I needed they now want me to ship back the extra parts. It would be at their expense, but still an annoyance after everything."

Had to order Aeron in True Black and Side Chair in Carbon. Colors are close but not exactly the same. Sit4Less associate noted these were th eclosest match. Perhaps could share with Herman Miller. "I did not receive a confirmation of my order,so was unsure if it had been processed. The only correspondence I received was from my creit card company approving the charge.I called and was told the confirmation might be in my spam folder. It was not.I was given the order# by phone and told my purchase would arrive in 4-6 weeks. This lack of written information leaves me worried about my purchase. Hopefully all turns out OK, but I'm concerned."
"The chair was delivered 2 days after I ordered it!!. The only problem is that it needed a signature and we were not home. Luckily a neighbor signed for it the following day when it was redilivered.
Since it is a Christmas gift for our son we have not opened it to evaluate the quality of the chair.
