"Ordering was easy enough but I have received no order updates, no tracking number. The chair has not arrived in spite of having placed my order a week ago. and I have no idea if it has even shipped yet or if it is back ordered or anything.

Even the weakest of ecommerce sites out there will have some form of an update or order status available.

UPDATE: My chair did arrive and I am very happy with the quality of it so far it seems to be the most well built chair I have used and it was purchased at less cost than many others that have failed me in the past. I am satisfied with the product and price. Also, Sit4Less.com contacted me and apologized for the delayed shipping and lack of communication. So nice to see a company that is committed to customer satisfaction even after the sale. I look forward to buying from them in the future.

"When spending a good amount on a chair you should be careful about who you deal with and what you are actually getting. Sit4Less.com is the real deal, they not only have great "real" merchandise but are also authorized dealers and have unique and exclusive pieces that you can not get anywhere. And with a company that does that kind of business it took literally 3 days from the time the chair was ordered to the minute I was sitting in it in my office. I have already recommended them to two of my contacts and will definitely order again and recommend to anyone. "

"The chair was delivered more quickly than expected. It was well packaged.

The only hiccup was that I didn't get a shipping notification. I called customer service after a few days and learned it was to be delivered the next day. The rep sent me an email immediately with the tracking info. I'm sure glad I called!

I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

"Was pleased with the product and the delivery time. The chair was direct shipped from Steelcase. I had to request a full order confirmation from Sit4Less and ask for tracking information, which I never got until after the chair arrived. The person I was working with at Sit4Less had a personal emergency and was out of the office so this may have contributed to the lack of communication. "

"I had a lot of problems due to glitches in the Sit4Less email system, which resulted in my not receiving replies to emails I had sent to the company. I learned this today, after the supervisor in charge of my purchase, Lisa, contacted me by phone this morning. The poor management of their delivery company, CEVA, which sat on my shipment for 5 days without getting in touch with me, was a bigger problem. Sit4Less apologized profusely and compensated me for my trouble with their order. The CEVA driver who has my shipment asked for directions, so I should have my chair soon."

UPDATE-After all this time a concerned employee of sit4less saw the bad review I wrote here on this transaction with Sit4Less. Although it took some time she sorted through this mess and because I had all my original receipts, the chair was finally picked up and Sit4less sent me a refund for the money I was forced to pay collections. Changes have been made in the company and I have satisfaction. I am happy with the chairs I did buy from this company and now and very happy with Sit4less. Yes, do buy from Sit4Less.I had written this off as hopeless and yet this employee took the time to make it right. In my opinion this completely reverses all the trouble I endured with this transaction. The conscientiousness of one employee makes this company shine. Her name is Meagan and it is her job to see that things like this never happen again. She was patient and thorough.If someone cares enough to make this right after almost 2 years and after it was sent to collections, then the company deserves to have this bad review deleted and replaced by a good one. That is what I am doing now and if you didn't read my original, never-mind. Sit4Less will deliver satisfacton.
