so, the item was arrived double boxed with enough foam peanuts for protection. Overall, very satisfied with the item. First thing was to update the firmware as Denon AVR-3311ci is known for network errors and I've heard the latest firmware is geared to fixing that issue. No problem updating the firmware.
Regarding the service, I've had conversation with someone from 6ave.com and they seemed to be lost what I'm pointing at. They keep repeating same things and giving apologies while not really doing anything to really fix the issue for other future customers. Hence, I still feel the same way for their internet service quality.
So, I'm updating the rating accordingly.

Their website is a bit confusing. When I tried to check my order status, it asked me to put in my order number, last name and billing zip code. But after putting the correct information, it keeps returning error message saying information I put in is incorrect. After consulting with live chat representative, I found out that it's actually shipping zip code I need to put in. And I promptly notified that live chat rep, and he terminated chat session on me.
1) Price was good. Have not received my item, so I will have to update my score once I receive.
2) Live chat session is sort of a pain because they are not that friendly nor have utmost mind of supporting customer or customer's convenience. I pointed out error on their website and seemed like they didn't care much about it. Usually other websites, when error was found in their website, usually give out some sort of compensation (as in gift voucher and etc). 6ave? Nothing."
