"I purchased on December 2008 a Panasonic TV 50" with a service contract for 5 years. On April 25 2011, I made a sevice call. The technician show up on April 27, check TV, find up problem on power supply and must-ordered part it will take 7 to 10 business day (don't know about Anything over night to help costumer service). 2 weeks later after a lot of calls, tech show up and told that they got the part but, the repair has to be made on their facility, he has to schedule to pick up TV. Two more weeks past and after 5 weeks we finally got the TV back. Service department doesn't care about costumer and do nothing to expedite service.

"Bought an Ipod yesterday. Tried to return it today as it did not meet my expectations. Sixth ave would not accept the return. True enough, it is in fine print on the back of the receipt, along with many other items that cannot be returned for refund even one day after purchase.
In large print on the front it states 30 days refund and exchanges."
"I purchased a Panasonic SC-BT230. I received it promptly. I went to set it up a couple days later on a Saturday. The unit was defective. I called Panasonic and spoke Lynn from Manilla. She stated I needed to return the unit to Panasonic at my expense and they would send me a refurbished unit.
I told the Panasonic support person that the unit I purchased was brand new and I just opened the box. She didn't care and said that was Panasonic's policy. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Lynn in support said they would tell me the same thing. I was never transferred to a Panasonic supervisor.
On Monday I called 6ave.com and Veronica who was very friendly. I told her my experience and she sent me an email with a return shipping label at 6ave.com's expense and they credited my account shortly after receiving the product back.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with 6ave.com and I would not hesitate to purchase again for them.
Panasonic, on the other hand has lost a customer."

"Great service from Sixth Ave. Order was shipped quickly and arrived on time. The product package was original, but the speaker itself did have some minor damage from the factory or in shipping. Contacted Sixth Ave customer support about the issue and they offered to refund the purchase and pay for the return shipping, or a further discount on the product. I accepted the discount as the damage did not seem to affect the performance of the speaker. They did a great job to resolve an issue that was not even really their fault."
"Placed order and paid via paypal. 3 Days go by and no updates. Called several times only to be told there was a problem with shipping and it will go out in 24 - 48 hours. 3 days of being told this and then finally told we will ship it as soon as we can, I cancelled the order. Once the refund hit I purchased it at a different store for less and had a tracking number in 7 hours. Will NEVER buy from here again."

"I purchased a camcorder from this site and it was sent to me plenty fast, however the manufacturer seal was broken on the box. It was obvious that someone rifled through it and took out some parts because the remaining parts weren't in their plastic bags the battery was missing (and who knows what else). When I called about it, the person who helped me asked if all I needed was a battery. I was disappointed that she asked me this because that just means they would've taken a battery from another unit, which doesn't solve the problem. I told her that if the battery was missing, who knows what else is missing or what else is wrong with the camcorder and that I want a brand new unit without the manufacturer's seal broken or I want a refund. They didn't have any extra units so she was happy to send me a return label.
