"I am extremely disappointed with SkyMall. I will never order from SkyMall.com again. I NEVER received my order due to an address mistake and they only credited me my merchandise amount. They did not credit the $9.95 I paid in shipping costs. I really wanted the item and they would not resend it to me either. It also took them almost two months to tell me that my order was returned to them. This has been a very frustrating experience.

"My husband and I have always like SkyMall, the products they carry are many times unique and affordable, and until this last order our orders have arrived promptly and we have been pleased with our purchases.
We ordered a back massager for our Dad for Christmas on approx. Dec 18th. We knew it wouldn't arrive in time for the holiday, but expected it would arrive shortly thereafter. It just shipped on March 24th. Apparently there was a HUGE problem with the manufacturer for it to take over 3 months to be available. Our problem was not with the fact it's taken so long, as much as how the delay was handled by SkyMall. Lack of communication and explanation left us with a very bad impression, and we will not be using SkyMall again. With so many on-line retail options available, it won't be difficult to replace them."
