"The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. The product was marked to ship in 5 business days, 2 weeks later it had never even been shipped. Unable to talk to a live person because skymall thinks online email customer service is the way to go...except they take much longer than the promised 48 hrs to reply and then do NOTHING to help. Was told 3 wks after my original order that is was back ordered and schedule to ship another month later...that was unacceptable, so I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. They never cancelled my order or refunded my money and it is now a week passed the back order ship date and no product and no email saying it has been shipped. To add insult to injury, the "customer service" emails have stopped responding. No wonder this company has filed bankruptcy. It is an embarrassment!"

"I had an unbelievably awful experience with Skymall. I placed an order for an item in mid-January. The item never shipped to me and I had to send over a dozen e-mails requesting shipment notification or verification to even be responded to. The phone number on their customer service page says that they are all online now, so you cannot actually speak to a person to get questions answered or to get any issues resolved. Finally after many emails requesting that they cancel my order and refund my money, it was FINALLY canceled two months later. It was a horrible experience and cleary shows why they are going out of business. I would NEVER do business with them again and recommend the same to all of you. Good luck getting your product if you dare buy from them. "
