My initial order was delayed, which is not a problem on its own, except that the revised "ship by" date came and went and I wasn't given any update. I emailed customer service to find out when the order would ship and was told that they would get back to me, but they never did. Finally I asked to have the order cancelled. This time I was told that they were processing the cancellation and would contact me when the cancellation was confirmed; after four days I still received no response."
