"Bad experience. I made a purchase, I got several email to verify my account info, all the email I send back have the right info about my bank. I do know if the person knew how to read it. It was annoying, to repeat my self. One of the items I bought, it was something that I wanted for a long time and was the main reason I went to skymall. I have been waiting to buy it for long time, now that I was able to afford it. Apparently it got discontinued and I never got the product."

"I'm not pleased so far with this order. I ordered this on 1/23/15 and was assured I would receive it within 7-10 business days, I still have not received it.
I've emailed 3 separate times about not receiving this order and was informed twice that it has already shipped.
So now this is the 3rd time I'm informed that this has shipped. Now it's too late, I was supposed to have taken this on 2 previous trips, now I leave for another trip and it won't get to my home before I leave.
Terrible, terrible customer serevice.
