"I ordered the 3 & 1 luggage on Feb. 8, 2015 after a couple of weeks of no activity or updates I decided to follow up with SkyMall.com to see what was going on... On the first response I had to wait an additional 24 hours for anut yep of response... Then I get a follow up response and find out I have to wait an additional 3 to 5 days for a response while SkyMall followed up with the third party vendor (I thought I was purchasing directly from skymall).

Well I finally get a response from SkyMall telling me they can't ship me the luggage because it was discontinued and they no longer have the item to ship.

I travel quite a bit and was really eager to receive this product and all I did was waste my time ordering from Skymall.com... In addition, I received a notification stating they never received payment but they deducted the money from my PayPal account I can show the transaction from my account for $207.80... All I ask is that the money be returned / refunded to my PayPal account so I can purchase another piece of luggage.

"Poor internet sales experience. Ordered an item on Jan. 29, 2015, "in Stock" Waited - waited - waited. Checked status online and it's frozen at: "order processing". Sent two emails to customer service. Finally (Feb. 24, 2015) received a response to check my order status which is expected ship date March 2015.
Website says "Our first priority is to ensure that your items are shipped in a timely manner. When an order is placed with SkyMall and all of the billing and shipping information has been accepted by the system, the order is immediately conveyed to the merchant for shipment. Because of this, we are unable to adjust an order after it has been submitted."
So-can't cancel through Skymall - I guess it's a call to AMEX.

"Terrible customer service, order 2 items first time and add express shipping for extra money, been waiting 9 days to get any info about my order,( should shipped 2-3bisiness days). Customer service no phone number to call, response time is 3 day or longer. Then I canceled my order because got it from somewhere else, they are confirmed cancelations and today I got shipping confirmation email.... Isn't crazy????

"Horrible customer service. Multiple requests by me for an estimated delivery date went unanswered. I ordered a gift for Christmas, I finally sent an emal to cancel it after Valentine day. That email was answered, with a thank you.

There is no way to speak with anyone. Calling it customer service is false advertising.
