"I am having a terrible time getting a hold of anyone at SkyMall.com. I have sent "contact me" forms and I just tried to email them but no luck. I placed my order on 1/11/15. I received an email that part of it was cancelled. When I go to the website to my orders, all it says is "processing order" and it has been that way since I placed the order. I talked to "Bonnie" a few days later as I needed the order and wanted to see if I could expedite the shipping of it and she said I should have it by 1/20/15. Well that never happened and here it is 1/31/15 and I still do not have it nor have I heard a word. You can no longer call on the telephone as they moved everything online. I cannot answer some of your questions below as I cannot find where n/a is. Also a person doing a survey should be able to do negative stars. I am totally dissatisfied with SkyMall.
