"Very disappointed on how SkyMall handled my transaction.
They double shipped my order…. which was a very large item.
It has taken at least a dozen phone calls, time and money to deal with this issue. They did not credit me back my shipping on their mistake. I was told I would be credited and have not been.

"Skymall promised a product with delivery by Christmas. I called to check on it about 4 days before Christmas and was told it would be shipped with an email confirmation. Two days after Christmas I received a letter dated 12/24 that I would not be getting the item. VERY POOR customer service, and no communication whatsoever. I will not order or trust them in the future,"

"Four days after I placed my order, SkyMall filed for bankruptcy protection and laid off some of their employees. Their customer service phone number has a message saying to go to their website for order status. I don't know whether or not I will receive my order. :("

"I am a US Airways crew member, so we always got a discount. I have no way of getting getting that online and I have no way to talk to anyone on the phone. I had unused rewards from promoting Skymall in the past but no way to use those either. I hope things work out. I am a random shopper, plus it's a good way to occupy one self on a flight.
