"I am a US Airways crew member, so we always got a discount. I have no way of getting getting that online and I have no way to talk to anyone on the phone. I had unused rewards from promoting Skymall in the past but no way to use those either. I hope things work out. I am a random shopper, plus it's a good way to occupy one self on a flight.
