"I ordered from SkyMall on 12/31/14. The product stated it was in stock and would be delivered in 14 business days. That would have been a 1/21/15 delivery date. It is now 1/23/15 and still no product! Now I see the SkyMall has no working phone number to call them!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON????"

"Exactly why I'm hesitant to spend at SkyMall:
Received email offer "save 25% for our 25th anniversary sale". Placed my order for a $600 item on a Monday. On Friday get an email saying my order is cancelled either at my request or the item is no longer available so please call or email them.
Checked website and the exact item is still offered and still 'in stock'. It's a storage bed they've been selling for years.
Tried calling at the number they provided and got a recorded message saying they no longer offer phone service!
Emailed them saying not happy they're not honoring my order. Waiting for satisfactory answer."

"Glitch in automated system. I seem to have two email addresses registered at SkyMall, but I am unable to access either I called customer service and was told everything is on-line, I complained online and was given a follow up email that ssaid a representative would contact me within two days. That was five days ago, da nada. Nothing. So I had to use a third email address that is dedicated to another business. I need this straightened up if I am to ever order from SkyMall again, but so far, NO REPRESENTATIVES HAVE GOTTEN BACK TO ME. What is wrong with you guys!

"Absolutely terrible. I ordered a personalized gift for an anniversary weeks in advance to make sure I get it in time. This item was featured in the latest magazine print and is in located on their website as well.

I waited 3 weeks and a week before the anniversary and when the product was suppose to arrive, Skymall sends me an email stating that the order as canceled due to the discontinuation of the product.

Why did it take them this long to tell me this? Now I can not order this product from a different company in time for the anniversary.

Highly disappointed with Skymalls customer service and the way they have handled this situation. "
