"Bad experience all the way around; customer service rep misinformed me on how the product was loaded on the phone. Sent the device back as directed on 12/10; three phone calls to Brickhouse Security, first customer service said she would call me back on Monday, never did called again the following week was told by Mil on 2/1/14 that the refund would be credited to my account the next day, called again, spoke with Paul he said that the refund went to Skymall on 2/3/14. It is now 2/16 and still no refund on my account. Where is my money and how long will it be before I hear from you??? I am totally dissatisfied with your company and your customer service. "
