"I received an item that I was told was cancelled by the customer service person. I had placed an order on line and processed the account to realize that I was never asked the size of my truck's bed to determine the proper size of bed cover. I called and the lady told me there was an issue with my order but that she would cancel it and be more than happy to place a new for me. I received the order she placed for me 3-5 days later and a week later a received the order I was told she had cancelled. I am thinking this was unethical sales practice or a bad system that did not cancel my order only 30 minutes after getting placed. This all happened on November 30th and today now February 7 I still have not received my credit for $353 on an item that should not have been sent and I very quickly returned. BAD SERVICE"

"After selecting an item from SkyMall's catalogue and proceeding to finalize the sale, I was astonished to find that shipping to Canada was going to cost well over $100.00 in fees and shipping, which was almost as much as the item I was considering. I regularly order online from various U.S.sites and have never encountered such exorbitant extra costs. Indeed, I found an equivalently priced item at Amazon.com whose fees and shipping were only about 20% of what I would have paid to SkyMall. Needless to say, I will not be considering SkyMall for future purchases."

"Awful, unprofessional, and unbelievable. SkyMall did not notify me until today of a backorder for something I ordered December 9th of 2013!!!!!!!! The low price of the product lured me in through an advertisement. Despite the shipping price being higher than the product itself, I still bought the product for my godson. I feel that I was "cheated" out of a fair purchase and can't remember a time I've been this upset or confused over an online purchase. That purchase was intended to be a Christmas gift for an important person in my life. After 2-3 calls to customer service back in December, nothing was accomplished to even assist me in knowing the status of the mishandling of my order. "
"I have had a very disappointing experience with SkyMall. The bracelet I ordered was faulty, and I had to return it as soon as it was received. SkyMall has refunded the original sales price, but has refused to refund either the shipping that I originally paid with the order, or the shipping I had to pay to return their faulty product! There has been NO response to 2 emails that I have sent regarding this issue. I will never shop with them again, and I advise others to be weary."

"I was very disappointed with ordering from SkyMall. I ordered 2 weeks before my flight date and the wrap I ordered never arrived. When I phoned about it, I was curtly told that it took at least 3 weeks for an order to arrive. I found this despicable!
Then, on top of that, when I returned it December 18 upon return from my trip, I just now, today (Feb. 4) got notice of my refund. How does your company manage to operate???
