"Online order doesn't say it is going to be shipped by UPS to the post office. I had it being delivered to our worksite - which is able to receive UPS and Fed Ex. But no mail delivery gets here. Sky mall can't even get me a confirmation number for 3 days from the vendor - to tell me that it was sent back and will probably be resent out to the same wrong mailing method. I would like to change how my order is mailed - but I can't even correct my email address that the order was under to this one. the email address I accidently typed in at time of order isn't a real address - my company's intranet system gets it and toss's it. It should be ****@****. Please if you can reroute my package - I would give you another address that can take mail! or even send it to my billing address!!!!! Help!"

"I am always impressed with SkyMall when I order anything. This last purchase was the Pro Varidesk which I love. It came already assembled. All I had to do was put it on my desk and start working! The quality of the desk is very good. I love how easy it is to raise and lower - it hardly takes any effort at all. This is one of the best purchases I've made for my office yet!"

"I have had a great experience with sky mall although I have yet to use my products I am sure they are of excellent quality and I cant wait to put them to use the items I purchased are luggage items 2 I had shipped to the US and 1 shipped here to Saudi Arabia where I currently work. I am about to receive the carry on bag tomorrow and I know it will come in handy and I will get good use out of it as I travel abroad - to date I am happy with the service provided and wont hesitate to order again

"I ordered 2 travel bags ... First you did no have in stock ... Finally you charge me and send notification that was sent ... I do not get a delivery "guide" ... sent to PO Box ... with address for delivery ,,, and time passes, no notice from US Mail or any carrier UPS, Fed Ex etc ... then, I find out, "I did not pick up my merchandise" (I was at post office MANY times) or so you say ... VERY DISAPPOINTED , I did get my money redeposited"

"Very disappointed with service from skymall. Placed order on Jan 13 th and was assured by the agent that the product will be shipped by Jan 17th. Received a backorder information on Jan 17 with no estimated dates on delay. Am on international travel and not practical to call customer service and so sent an email requesting information on status of the order. no response was received to date and its been 5 days.

Called customer service when back in US and the representative was response was poor to unacceptable. Skymall representative could not tell if the product was available, if it was being shipped or any estimate of when it would be received. When asked to speak to manager/supervisor the request was refused as none were available and no one could do help any more. Further as the person was not on duty the next day could not assure a call when they had additional information.

They further could not tell what the normal process was in regards to if an email would be sent if shipped or order was being processed. they maintained that sometimes items are shipped but shipping information may not be sent to customer, In these times, automated processing does not rely on a person remembering and its strange high end marketers like skymall cannot assure notifications on order processing. Even when requesting information to help receive the item, the representative is quick to suggest asking a neighbor to pick up the item but cannot tell when likely the item will be shipped or any communication on the same to make arrangements. Is unable to indicate if they can find out details and notify me in say 24 hours .. wanted a couple of days to find more on order status and indicated not being on shift the next two days. The process should be able to better serve customers and not being on shift is not acceptable. The entire service and experience with skymall on my first order is disappointing.

Finally received a shipped out email,with tracking number but missing carrier /shipping company name. Very poor communication and total lack of commitment or service. Email customer service gets an automated response, and no real response. Skymall are closed on weekends. PLan to have the article to help with travel did not work out, and further cannot make arrangements for the article to be received as no one knows or can tell when it will be shipped out.

The item is high priced and expected more. Would not recommend and stay away from skymall. Better alternatives are available,

"I ordered a chair cover from Improvements on the Skymall website. A few days later I was told it was back ordered. Then I find out my order was canceled altogether. I was a little disappointed as the particular chair cover is hard to find at a brick and mortar store and I sought it out on Skymall."
