"This SkyLux Travel is totally untrustworthy, unprofessional and they operate like mafia, totally irresponsible company.
They are a scam. At first they lure you in with sweet, calm, false information and after they get your money, they totally become lions and they will change 360 degrees and even threaten that your money cannot be refunded. And immediately all of them will gang up against you. And they can never put you through to a supervisor or a manager. They will start tossing you around like a football just to frustrate you and next thing they will triple your ticket price. They do this professionally for living, scamming money from customers. And they will lie to you that it's the airline who is doing it. In my case it was Virgin Atlantic airline. When I called them, everything I was told was lies. I advise you not to use Skylux Travel to book your ticket. It's like a bad nightmare. They give you stress to **** your blood and take the whole energy away from you. "
